Big and free rolling, you'll pick up speed very quickly because these wheels glide over bumps. It's a myth that big wheels are slow. Relative to the rider and board, the inertia of the wheels is irrelevant. These are not too wide so if you have a cutout board and wide enough trucks you shouldn't rub. They're about 52mm wide with 47mm contact patch width. There are tiny bubbles where the urethane meets the core but I don't think that affects performance ... show more

Someone else left a review along the lines of "big, fast, cheap" and that about sums it up. I've had them for a few months and they've worked great after the bearings had some miles on them. I can even use them to roll over railroad tracks!

FANTASTIC wheels for the money. They go over every rock and crack imaginable. These are full on MONSTER street wheels to longboarding without getting mountain tires. Was getting ~slight~ wheel rub only because I was turning at the maximum my trucks could go so I later added gullwing sidewinders II for the added distance and turning. THIS SETUP makes the BOARD seem more like a spring now so only time will tell how long it'll last this way. The board felt more solid with the original trucks and may go back to that setup. Great wheels, great price, fantastic ride. Would not hesitate to buy these again and can because of all the color options! ... show more

An excellent set of MASSIVE, soft longboard wheels. The bearings they come with are nice and quick, the wheels themselves had very minimal defects, only a couple small bubbles near the hub, (on the inside too) not going to impact performance at all Make sure your board has HUGE wheel cutouts and/or you’ve got SUPER wide trucks. ... show more

    • Great wheels from an awesome company
Great wheels from a cool company. I was going to give a lower star rating since they initially sent me the wrong wheels. But they quickly corrected it and I had my replacements in. A couple of days. I bought the 97s for my eSK8 and I am stoked. Awesome wheel for the price. Just soft enough to make a ride fun , with just enough hardness for when you want to slide around. Also they come in a ton of colors. Most other eSK8 wheel companies are only doing one or two colors, with Cal97 you have the whole rainbow to choose from. Now they need to make light up wheels in their size. LOL. ... show more

    • Perfect
Got these as a replacement for my nephew's long board, he replaced the ones that came with the board to these ones. They are huge, and that's not an understatement. They are very good quality, just perfect all together if you want to ride a ruff terrain.

    • Great Value!
I got these wheels to swap out the fronts of my electric wowgo skateboard. I was looking for wheels that were a little softer and slightly wider diameter than the wheels that came with the board and these worked great. Much cheaper than other brands and they perform well making my ride smoother. I notice the wheels the board came with must have been by the exact same maker, because they look identical to these, so my wheel swap went perfectly and I am very happy. ... show more

    • Hard to beat for the price
Nice combo for the money! I ride for fun once in a while and these really made my 10 year old loaded feel new. They have an aggressive cutting edge in carving and roll really well and smoothly
