The first one I received was apparently a used one it had broken parts it wasn’t in original packaging. I had to send it back got a refund then I had to reorder a new one thankfully that one was a new one and it is working great

I was hesitant to buy because it didn’t give you the exact model of printer you would be receiving, but was pleasantly surprised to see is was a Canon Pixma TS5020! It was very easy to set up and install. I would recommend opening the ink cartridges over a paper plate as some leaked a bit. The print quality is excellent! I bought this printer because of the quality reviews..but the first one I received didn't print in color ..so I returned it ..I was sent a replacement right away...no problems with return ..so I received the new one and was very disappointed..this one printed fine one time then it stop working....so I just asked for my money back this time ..let's see if that goes as smooth as the return.. ... show more

This product is used for edible images on cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. I was able to test print and image from the phone but can't get connected to the wifi and have not used it since. I am still trying to figure it out.
