The base plate and bracket assembly where the bottom of the golf bag rests broke completely off when I was folding the cart down. This was after less than 12 rounds of use. I's rate it less than 1 star if I could.

HORRIBLE DESIGN. By watching the video on how to operate you would think this product was easy to open and close however not the case. You literally have to pull an 'unmarked' lever and with force pull the unit closed. And if that was not bad enough after my second time using the bottom golf bag holder broke off. For over $200 I thought I was buying quality however ended up with snake oil. STAY AWAY FROM THESE HACKS. No way to return either. These hoodwinks knew not to offer any warranty. ... show more
