- SPECIFICATION: Weight: 6.83 lbs; Size: 13 in x 8.2 ft, 1/8'' thickness, coverage: 8.86 square feet; Area Density: 0.77 lbs/sqft; Material: High-quality SBS polymer modified bitumen with textured surface for easy torch-application; Packaging: Roll, no creases
- EXCELLENT WATERPROOFING & SEALING: Our SBS modified bitumen flashing sealant underlayment provides dual waterproofing. The dense surface creates a water-tight barrier. When heated, it deeply penetrates into the cracks of the substrate until they fuse together, for powerful, lasting adhesion. Moreover, its self-healing feature makes it durable for long-term outdoor use. When it encounters minor damages, the material flows around damage to form new bonds and seals, restoring waterproof protection rapidly
- ALL-WEATHER & ALL-SITE: This elastomeric sealant coating delivers exceptional performance in both hot and cold environments without cracking or melting, remaining functional even at temperatures as low as -20C (-4F). Its superior flexibility ensures a tight, conforming fit to corners and curved surfaces. Designed to withstand harsh conditions, it offers excellent resistance to tears, punctures, alkali, chemicals, UV radiation, and aging, maintaining its sealing and bonding properties in the face of all environmental and site factors
- VERSATILE WATER PROOF APPLICATIONS: This asphalt sealant membrane is ideal for use as a foundation layer as a base, middle, or top barrier in leak repair projects, both indoors and outdoors. Widely used on roofs, decks, floor drains, gutters, bathrooms, basements, kitchens, balconies, pools, ponds, walls, underground, tank, storage, concrete surfaces and other wet areas. A great choice for house improvements
- EASY INSTALLATION: This bitumen membrane features a cross-textured design that ensures instant melting during torch application, for faster and even heating. Its size and weight are optimized that even a single person can install with ease. And it can be easily cut to size using a sharp knife. There are two application ways: 1.Apply the membrane using torch heating, then roll out and compress 2. Use waterproof glue to adhere the it. Please Note: This product has an asphalt odor
