I've purchased multiple bottles of this over the years and couldn't resist Amazon's deal--$36 for 3.4oz? For a perfume that retails for $98/1.7oz? Insane. I thought it must be fake, but no--it's quite real. It smells exactly like all of the other bottles I've purchased at brick and mortar stores. The fragrance is one of my favorites: a delicate mix between masculine and feminine scents. It's dark and sexual in a way that would be overpowering if you used too much, but it doesn't have a strong sillage at all. It sticks tenaciously to fabrics and skin--I sprayed a little on a wool coat once and could still faintly smell it years later, and hours after applying just a little to my wrist it lingers on the skin--but it's not the sort of perfume that will announce you in a room unless you drench yourself in it. ... show more

I bought this from Amazon a year ago, and I'm back for more. My mother bought a bottle of it at the Bvlgari store in LA, and what I ordered smells the exact same. I put it on first thing in the morning when I get out of the shower, and it lasts all day long. I also use the Jasmin Noir lotion when I have time. I can still smell it on my wrists when I get in bed at night. I've received so many compliments on this fragrance. It's time to order more, and I hope the next bottle is just as great as the first has been. ... show more

In that this is the second designer fragrance I’ve purchased from Amazon where the bottle and cap or printing on the bottle is a little different than when purchased in the brick & mortar retail store. The first seemed to smell and to last as the fragrance in the bottle I recognized.
