I love my new planner from this company. It is sleek and actually very easy to use. The guide that comes with it is very helpful. I made sure to read it cover to cover before i plunged in to my planning. I have been using it for several weeks now and it has really helped me stay on track and not procrastinate on important projects. I practice a branch of law that is very deadline-heavy and this planner has up’ed my game and has contributed to me being able to prepare higher quality filings. The company really cares about its customers and gives each sale a personal touch. Thank you for making a great product and for being accessible to all of my questions!

I’m reviewing based on the overall look, as I have just received it and haven’t used it. It’s a nice size - about 5x7 - and feels sturdy, but I already have some issues I’m not going to like. 1) It comes with a quick start guide. Great idea, but the ink color is so light, I can barely see anything but the headlines or subcategories. Everything else — text and graphics — is almost invisible. 2) Inside the planner, the same problem exists. The color is too light. Not as bad as the guide, but I don’t want to have to fight to see lines or text. 3) There’s an elastic band for securing the book. It’s attached to the back cover. There’s no way to remove it. It’s just in the way and prevents the book from laying flat. 4) Binding is just a regular book binding, so the pages don’t lay flat. Just a personal preference. I’m not reading it, I’m trying to write in it. It comes in attractive packaging, I’ll give it that much. But overall, it needs design improvement to be really useful.

I've experimented with many planners including a dozen online methods but I didn't find a way to visualize my goals, my priorities and figure out how to be disciplined but also flexible. .. Until I found IFOCUS BUSINESS PLANER. I am inredibly impressed by this business notebook! It is the first planner that combines and prioritizes my long-term goals, short-term goals a daily tasks on very smart and effective way. New for me is the constant review and reflection and "procrastinoo area". This planner forces you to not only consider the things you got done, but also asks you to consider the things you didn't ...and to think about ways that you could improve. It's very well designed. It has definitely all the features I look for in planner-business notebooks. Overall: There are plenty of daily organization systems you can find to use, but if you want an effective centerpiece to your daily planning routine and to your productivity, this hits the spot. I would highly recommend this planner to all! It comes in very nice box with lots of extras and has far exceeded my expectations! And what is most important: iFocus takes care of their customers. First of all, any of the bad reviews that were written because the planner was not good for them didn’t read the instructions or reviews before buying it. This is NOT you everyday weekly/monthly planner. This is not where you keep track of your Bunco parties and kids’ soccer games. THIS PLANNER IS FOR ORGANIZING YOUR BUSINESS GOALS. That being said... I was finding myself struggling to get organized in getting my new business off the ground. I had SO many different things I knew I needed to take care of, but when I would sit down to work on them I didn’t know where to start. I had been eyeing this planner for a while, reading the reviews, thinking maybe it was what I needed to help get organized and get focused. And that’s exactly what it was! This is an undated 3 month planner. The idea is you start wherever you are, and give yourself a three month goal to accomplish. You break that goal into the parts you need to accomplish it. And then you break those parts into the individual tasks you need to accomplish each part. Then you map out your month, your week, and then each day, deciding how much time you have to focus on your business, and this what tasks you can accomplish. You slowly start completing tasks, and then you’re on your way to accomplishing your three month business goal! THIS PLANNER TAKES DEDICATION AND WORK. You have to be committed to sitting down every week, and at the end of every day, to map out where you are headed. You must be committed to it in order for it to work for you! But if you put the time into it, it will absolutely help you laser focus your attention and knock out your big business goals with ease!

Good planner but not great. The activity points I found them confusing as well as the numbers for the named priorities and trying to adjust and learned at the same time on a 90 day plan is time consuming. 90 day plans and execution should be kept simple and sincere, not crowded with lots of points and with multiple priorities. Though it was a good way to write and follow up your goals on a daily basis, that was the only takeaway from this project.

Ordered July 14, delivered the next day. I was excited and looking forward to using this planner, but after my second day of use I opened the planner and see that the binding has completely separated from the spine. The journal is exactly what I need to stay organized and get rid of all the random post it notes that I can never find. Note, I did not bend the hard cover or fold it, this may have just been a defected one. I’m hoping the company will send me another one soon. I did not do anything wrong to cause the separation. UPDATE - June 24, 2023 - Company reached out to me and replaced the defective planner; they also sent additional planners for my team to use. The planners are perfect and will keep me and my entire team organized.
