Description

The airport is a magical place where everything is in constant motion and nothing stays the same (except the over-priced coffee). You must pass through these walls on the way to pow, but forces conspire to damage your precious cargo. The Burton Wheelie Gig Bag will get your goods (all of them, thanks to the CRAM zone stretchy zipper areas) to the goods. This fully-padded bag for multiple boards has a 600D polyester construction to keep evil at bay, and the Ixion skate-wheel system is as smooth as it gets to get you through to the other side.

I bought the Glitchy Print, 156cm and absolutely love it. I love the print and colors and it definitely stands out. It's big enough that I can fit not only my board with bindings on, helmet, boots, etc. and all my snowboarding clothes - and especially when flying somewhere I can fit even more clothes so I don't have to check a 2nd bag. It has multiple ways to carry the bag - wheels (and handle on the other end to drag it), long handle for over your shoulder or a short handle to just grab. It has a nice clip inside the bag to secure the board and an outer pocket to throw in some things you can easily access. I have had this for a year now and it's stood up great without any signs of wear and tear, including being checked on a couple flights. Would 100% buy again and recommend! ... show more

  • Lots of room
This bag is awesome! Had enough room for 2 boards, bindings on one board, 2 boots, helmets and our jackets!! Love the camo print as well! Very durable!!

  • Functionality can be Stylish!
I love this bag because of its durability and capacity! Also, its super cute! This bag fits my board, boots, helmet, goggles, 2 snow pants, snow jacket, and backpack with room to spare! It doesn’t add any weight to the full load, but its your gear is heavy, it’s wheels provide easy transport. I roll my bag downstairs without worry because of the all around padding of the bag. No complaints here! Love my new bag! ... show more

  • Great buy!
Amazing bag, perfect for my 145 board and has tons of room for boots extra boots and all my winter gear. Traveled great on the plane and good wheels. Also the color sticks out when picking up at baggage. Love.

  • So far so good - especially for packing space!
Ok, so this bag is big enough for snowboard, boots, helmet, jacket, pants, and all the thermals socks and maybe a couple of pairs of shoes. I ride a 164 and bought the 181 to ensure I had packing space for a ski trip by plane - and this did the trick. Too early to rate the durability...

  • Great bag, bigger than it looks.
Pros: You can easily fit all of your equipment and more. I fit: 2 boards with bindings, one helmet, two pair of boots, and clothes for three days. My board is 155 and it looks like I could fit a 158 or even a 160 as there is enough room left. I also love the wheels, it is a huge upgrade from my older bag. I have taken it on several trips from Chicago to Denver, and you know airlines are not really good at being careful with your stuff, and this bag has taken all the punishment really well. Cons: This bag is huge! A lot bigger than I thought. You need to be careful when packing for a flight, if you use all of the space in it you will go far over the 50 pound limit virtually all airlines have. ... show more

  • A bit pricey, but quality snowboard bag with wheels.
Pros: So, I purposely bought a slightly bigger size bag with the intention of putting 2 boards in there. I actually didn't expect the bag to have capacity for all the things I managed to put in there. I packed 2 boards, 2 pairs of boots, 2 bindings, 2 helmets, and some clothing. With all of that, it was still under the checked baggage weight limit. There's a strap inside to secure your board, so things won't go flying around in the bag. Traveling with this bag was very easy, the wheels worked perfectly, there's a handle, and a strap for when you can't roll the bag. I did wish it had another handle on opposite side of the handle, as I noticed there were times where I had to lift the bag up vertically to get into buses and trains. Cons: It's a bit pricier than your average snowboard bag, but it's a quality product by a reputable company and the wheels made traveling easier. ... show more
