Overall these are great boots. Heat molding the liners was easy and made a big difference in fit. Once they are broken in the boots are very comfortable but it took 5 or 6 days on the hill before the pads around my Achilles stopped feeling like they were stabbing me in the back of the ankle. Now I can ride all day with no complaints but I would recommend having your old pair of boots around so you can swap them out for the first couple days just in case. ... show more

I was told by an associate that these were true to size, however they didn't work for us. We had to send the first pair back and size up.

I bought these boots at the beginning of the season and the BOA system was a huge upgrade compared to the laces I'm used to. Overall the boots are comfortable but it did take several days of riding to break them in. Do not listen to the other reviews saying to buy a size up, for snowboard and ski boots it is important to have snug boots and these will fit true to size after a little use. I am a snowboard instructor and racer so the boots have gotten a lot of use so far (3-4 days a week) but my only complaint is that the material around the BOA laces is starting to wear/tear, and I don't anticipate them lasting more than a season and a half before needing to be replaced. ... show more
