Run a gas piston with an aluminum free float barrel. Run about 200 rounds every time I run the obstacle course, fast shooting. This helps with the heat a lot and holding up nice still.

no more burning gloves or scalding hands after running a few mags through the gun. This product does exactly what it advertises, prevent burning. Price is great and after running this sleeve for quite sometime and numerous range sessions it still keeps going so longevity is great as well.

It works great for shooting a lot of rounds in a class or if you’re in the sun it keeps your hand off the aluminum rail. My only problem isn’t with the product it’s with the listing. This is the bigger version, I wanted the smaller one.
