I have gifted several hams from Burgers Smokehouse and only recently did I order one for myself to serve at Thanksgiving. I am very happy I tasted before serving. I am very disappointed in this ham. It is the sliced country ham smoked and it is salty, way too salty. I will say it was trimmed impeccably. Sad to say its going to be the most expensive ham salad I've ever made.
