I have a 2012 traverse and the description says it will fit right over your broken glass. The glass they sent (4166) will not fit inside the frame to even stick. The glass needs a 1/4" removed around the entire edge to make it fit. The 4166 instructions say you need to remove all of the broken glass. Yet the description says you can install it over broken glass. That will not work!! ... show more

Mirror fit the mounting bracket on my Traverse the same as the GM factory mirror. It provides a good quality image and looks like original equipment.

Applying the adhesive seem very skeptical. Did not stick very well at first. But after applying the mirror they seem to hold pretty well

    • Amazing product!
Package came damaged but I was still able to use the mirror. Went on in less than 3 minutes. I will order another as back up, as these A holes up here in Ohio can't comprehend the meaning of good driving and not smashing into side mirrors.

    • Not a fit
I made sure that amazon had my vehicke details so that this part would fit. The box itself says it is a replacement part for my 2012 chevy traverse. HOWEVER, it most definitely isn't correct. The shape is right, but the install instructions are wrong and it is too big to fit in the frame.
