This was one of the less expensive lit mirrors. It's really nice. I tested the color temperature and dimming feature, they are both remembered during power off. I did see one reviewer had issues plugging the mirror into a switched outlet. Amazon has recessed outlets to give you more space. I purchased this one, ASIN # B0012DKBL2. My installation includes a new switched outlet behind the mirror. The mounting screws are 8 1/4" on center meaning most of us will have at least one hollow wall anchor and probably two for hanging. The mirror is only about 15 lbs (32 x 24" size), so shouldn't be an issue. ... show more
