I love this stroller! I bought this for my first baby, and then I decided to switch to the Bugaboo donkey, so when I have my second I wouldn’t have to buy a new stroller. When I got the donkey, I was really not happy with it, the fox five has many benefits that the donkey didn’t. I returned the donkey and bought the fox 5 again. Here are the benefits of the fox five: 1- The handle bar can adjust to many lengths, using one hand. 2- the stroller folds with the bassinet attached. 3- it might have been in my head, but the stroller moved so much more smoothly and easily. 4- the bassinet of the fox five is bigger. I recently purchased the Bugaboo Fox 5 stroller and unfortunately, I have encountered a few issues with it. Firstly, I have noticed that the overall quality of the stroller is not up to the mark. The stroller does not feel as sturdy or durable as I would have expected, which is a bit disappointed Another issue I have faced is that it is quite challenging to place the car seat into the stroller. This has been a hassle, to remove and place it back into the stroller. It would have been more convenient if the car seat attachment was smoother and easier to use. Furthermore, within just five months of gentle use, a small plastic part that holds the stroller together has broken off. This is quite concerning as it indicates a lack of durability and quality in the construction of the stroller. I expected the stroller to withstand regular use without any parts breaking off so quickly. Overall, I am disappointed with the Bugaboo Fox5 stroller. The pot quality is subpar, it is difficult to attach the car seat, and a plastic part has already broken off within a short period of use. These issues make it hard for me to recommend this stroller to other parents who are looking for a reliable and durable option. ... show more

This stroller is incredibly versatile. Ease of use light weight and compaction easily make this my favorite stroller. I gave it four stars because the chassis wheel brake broke making the stroller unusable. HOWEVER Bugaboos customer support is top tier. Replaced and we’re back in business. I've already had to replace the stiffener on the bassinet twice. For the money I was expecting a bit more quality. Not abusing it, lightly used so far. It keeps bending and there's no attachment point to keep it rigid. It still works, you just can't set the bassinet down by itself.
