I was shocked.and the quality..I still m am very happy. Dripping eas efficient..I called customer.servixe just tk thank them at mendini.for how quick this was shipped and how well the horn plays..it was like 9pm and they answered.. if I'm not mistaken customer ervice is open until like.11pm for Amy issues or concerns...again.ive had this horn for approximately a year and couldnt be happier.qith it for the price. The only thing I did was purchase a professional.mouthpieve which I find made the sound even better but again the beginner mouthpiece worked just fine also .thanks mendini for an affordable.sax that is built well ... show more
