I've tried many, many, many different brands of trousers, which are very costly. I did many of returns, but when I received this pair, the material wasn't thin or thick. It feels buttery smooth. I got the Beige color and it wasn't see through at all! Length is perfect and the waist isn't to tight. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and I'll for sure be purchasing other colors. I love these pants. The solid green color is rich and gorgeous. These are the most comfortable work pants I've ever worn. I love how the back side of the waist band is elastic. No one's body is even on both sides but no other pants I have makes just one of my hips look two inches bigger than the other. There was some issue, hopefully isolated, with tacking down the pocket or something, that made one side pooch out. Kind of a shame because other than making me look lopsided, the fabric is a decent weight and quality and the fit at the crotch was good. Some of these pants have such a low hanging crotch that it's half way to my knees unless I pull the waistband up to my bra. Not a good look. The "khaki" is more of a camel color so know that. Long on short people, I'm 5'2", and you will need to hem.
