There are so many different brushes in this set -16 of them! Plus they come in a very nice plastic container. The brushes are assorted sizes so you are covered for any kind of makeup you will want to use. The large brushes are soft & dense. The smaller ones are firm when they need to be. I haven't seen any shedding. What is unique is that the handles are detachable, making the brushes much smaller and a good size for traveling. Very cool feature! Although the container is plastic, it is a nice one & holds a lot of brushes and as I have a lot of brushes, I'm happy to add it to my collection. The only issue I've experienced with this set is that the brushes and case all have an odor upon opening them. Many new brushes come like that, smell of chemicals or probably glue. It should dissipate with cleaning. Overall a good set for beginners or for those who are budget minded. I'm taking a 1/2 star off due to the odor but otherwise, I'm pleased with these brushes. ~ 4.5 stars ~

This was a great concept. I am happy with my collection of brushes of different sizes and good quality. I just knocked off a star because the container opens on its own when it’s not standing up. Otherwise, you can’t go wrong.

I was pleasantly surprised when these came in the mail at how nice they looked and how sturdy they felt in my hands. For the price point, they are pretty nice and worth the money. You also get a bunch of different brushes, enough to do a full face and then some. These brushes and case are great starter set or for those who are okay with decent quality, however if you are expecting premium brushes then you may be disappointed.

I'm shocked at how many brushes you get for this price. In this set, you get 16 brushes and they're surprisingly soft and durable. There's a brush for pretty much anything. If I run my fingers over the brushes, the bristles do not fall out. The storage capsule it comes in is cute, but it feels a little cheap. The handles of the brushes screw apart. I don't know that I'll use this feature, but it's nice that I can remove the long handle if I'm limited on space. This is a great buy.

I had mixed feelings about this set but ultimately rated 4 stars. You get 16pcs (brushes) and a storage container for $14.99. Brushes: The bristles are a bit rough for my liking; they don’t shed as much which is a plus. You get 16 brushes (average and decent quality). However, my main reason for deducting a star was the smell. The brushes smell like motor oil. The Storage Container: The container is lightweight and does feel cheap. However, I do appreciate it was included. I like the color as well, and you can actually open it from both sides; it reminds me of a speaker. I like the design (you can leave it standing up or lying down). Overall Thoughts: I like the brushes set and storage container. The brushes do stink and feel rough. The container is cheap and lightweight (still good to have around). You can open it from both sides and stand it up or lay it down. I would recommend for the price, but you need to air out the brushes. Cute brushes though!

The brushes have detachable handles, which I probably won’t use. (FYI: You don’t just pull them apart, they screw off). With this many brushes, there’s bound to be one for whatever you need. The bristles are nice & soft. I moderately tugged at some & there was no loose bristles falling out. This would make a nice gift for any girl/lady, or gift it to yourself just because you deserve it!
