This is a solid entry-level set of make-up brushes or backup set of brushes for those who need them. While these won't replace my slightly more expensive Sephora brand, they are significantly better than other low cost makeup brush sets I've ordered from Amazon. Key thoughts about the brushes: - There always seems to be a need to "bulk up" these sorts of makeup brush sets with extras, and this one's no exception: this set includes hair clips, storage cups for the blenders, and eyebrow stencils. I feel like all of these are pretty unnecessary for my purposes and I don't love any of these items, but I do see others have enjoyed the clips/cups, so I think it's up to the individuals. - Each brush comes wrapped in an individual netting - this is great for receiving them because it means they haven't gotten ruined in shipping. I won't keep the nets now that I've unpacked the set, but if others are frequently traveling with them, it could be a good benefit. - The storage bag is a basic mesh bag - the zipper is of good quality and it is large enough to hold the brushes themselves, but isn't wide enough to hold the sponges in their storage cups. I don't know if I love the mesh aspect; if you are using it to travel, liquid could get into the bag which might ruin the brushes. - Unlike other sets I've tried, none of the bristles on these brushes were immediately falling out or need to be clipped off. The brushes have held up reasonably well through multiple uses. - I wish the foundation brush that came with the kit was a bit firmer, as it's still a bit too fluffy for my preference. This was true as a whole for the set, as most of them are quire fluffy - even some of the smaller brushes. - As others noted there can be a bit of plastic type smell on opening but once I left them out for awhile the smell went away. I wish the packaging on the set was a bit nicer - I wouldn't likely gift these, as they come packaged in a large plastic bag which isn't the most attractive. This is a bit nit-picky and didn't affect the functionality of the brushes, but these are otherwise a nice enough set to gift, so a bit more thought to the outer packaging would have been appreciated.

Originally this was for my but my niece asked for it and I couldn’t resist. She is a teenager and it was great to see her learn about makeup (along with YouTube) and be able to follow along because she owned a similar brush. She has perfected the Smokey eye! These are nice brushes. I have had a few sets from this brand in my circulation and while they aren’t pro-grade they are not bad. Strong ferrules and no shedding. Lots of cute color choices, and this set comes with a lot of the sizes and types you need for a detailed eye look vs just big fluffy brushes. Great value and I like the little sponge blenders as well but they did break down faster than some of the bigger name brands. Still a very good value.

These are really great makeup brushes. They apple liquid and powder makeup very well. It comes with a brush for any application and added sponges with storage.

Everything in the website picture came in the set. Brushes are soft on the skin.no loose hairs coming out. Nice set that includes just about everything you need. One complaint is that when it was first opened it had a terrible strong chemical smell. It smelled like it was possibly the adhesive that attaches the head to the shaft. I left out in the open overnight it it went away. I do wish the set came with an instruction sheet on which brush was designed for each application. I had a previous set that actually has the name printed on the shaft. I nice thing for beginners to have.

This is a beautiful set of brushes and sponges, and it even includes eyebrow stencils. The brushes are soft and well-made. The hairs did not come out at all. When I first opened the package, there was an intense chemical smell. I aired everything out and it is okay now. It comes with a mesh bag to keep everything in. Overall, I think it's a great set!

Upon opening these, the first thing I noticed was the strong smell coming from the package. I think it may have been from the sponges that are included in the set. It has since dissipated, but I have still been hesitant to use the sponges. So far all the of handles seem securely attached to the brush heads, unlike some previous sets I've had in the past that wobble all over the place. I do with there was an eyelash/mascara brush included with the set though.

This 24 pc Makeup Brush Set by BS-MALL is a very nice set for the price. There’s a bunch of brushes that are super soft and decent quality. It also includes 2 sponges with ventilated storage containers, 2 clips, some eyebrow stencils, and a storage bag. My only disappointment with this set is the smell! There’s a very noticeable chemical smell evident when I opened this set, thankfully it went away after airing it out for a day.
