I am very sun sensitive and I purchased this chair for spending time with my granddaughter on the beach. The canapy is big and I need to only turn my back to the sun, or just cover my legs from the knees down to shelter myself completely from sun during mid-day. The canopy windows do allow some breeze to flow through. The chair is very sturdy, higher seating then most beach chairs, and easy to set up. Sits a little higher then most chairs, and the shade moves back. It does lock it to place, and should have 2 holders in it. But it work for what I need it for. If I had to keep going to different places to set it up, this would be a pain with the top bar in canopy. But it does have a pocket for it to store, if you dont want to use it. Over all good chair! A little pricey, but material & canopy is sturdy. Endures beach wind. Seating is comforty & big size. It supports my weight fine. Great size covering from sun. Detachable canopy has versatile positions. Not too heavy to carry. Folds easy, but tie the canopy back for neat storage, otherwise it’s bulky in your vehicle. Freaking amazing chair! Im not huge but im tall so im about 20 shy of 300lbs and this takes my weight like its nothing! Also the canopy is perfect for when im out there selling my jewelry and crafts out in the sun cause i tan like an Irish man! Was pretty windy and held up great and very surdy! The windows on each side are handy if you want that extra ventilation and i get hot easy but i was comfortable and i was out in direct sunlight!
