Bought these for a 3 day sightseeing trip to New York City right before Christmas. Weather was below freezing with snow and rain. Wore these boots for 25+ miles of walking on concrete, snow, icy sidewalks , slush and rain. Boots were very comfortable to wear. Good traction on all surfaces. Not too heavy and kept my feet warm and dry while not being too hot indoors. Solid construction and they still look new. Great product and a fantastic value.

These are warm and comfy! Very well made and are water proof! I’ve worn them for 2 hunting seasons and this one will soon be over but they have been great! They aren’t super heavy and look great!

These boots are great! I was looking for a pair of winter/rain boots that don't have the galosh feel to them. These feel snug and sturdy around my feet and kept my feet warm. Only gave a 4 star review because one of the tongues was sewn off-center. I ordered a replacement and will get here today. Would've given a 5 star had it not been for the one hiccup. Love these boots otherwise.

Firstly, NO I'm not being paid or rewarded in any way to write this review. Over the last 10 years I've spent $120 on a pair of Columbia Bugaboots and $150 on a 'trendy' pair of Sorel Caribou boots - why didn't I find these Bruno boots years ago and save myself all that money? I'm not saying the previous two brand names aren't good (but maybe watch the Rose Anvil videos on YouTube where he saws them in half and critiques them). I am casual wearer of snow boots and jackets, living in Atlanta where we recently had 2 small snowfalls of 1" and 3" plus the wind chill for several weeks went as low as 11 degrees Fahrenheit. It stayed under 32F low and high for over a week which is rare here. With a thick pair of Merino socks these boots can handle the freezing temps easily. They are waterproof up to the gusset so perfectly fine for our recent winter weather. They're easily as good looking and as comfortable as the Sorels for a third of the price! Sorels were apparently originally designed decades ago for extreme climates and activities (farming, ice fishing, outdoor construction) and used to be the benchmark. Sadly since they got purchased by Columbia their designers have found ways to cut costs and quality, and market to the casual wearers like me. If that's what you're looking for (good looking, comfortable, toasty boots that will handle modest winters) then why pay $150 for the Sorels when you can have these for $55? Oh and the Bruno's are lighter and much less bulky.

For the price they’re good enough to keep, but they are a little bit snug. I tried them on wearing dress socks, so anything thicker would be a problem. The soles seem to tip outward a bit… not enough to make me farm, but enough to be noticeable. They’re a good price and since I won’t wear them every day, I’m keeping them, but I would order a half size larger next time.
