these are excellent sewing machine needles. i can't remember where i saw them recommended, but whoever recommended them was right. they are pretty universal and significantly cheaper than buying singer-brand needles for my elderly sewing machine. i had dug it out of the closet and decided to pick up machine sewing, and in the 3 days i spent making a little stuffed animal, i broke all of the 5 needles my grandmother had left. now, i'm sure i'll break plenty more in the future but i'm quite pleased having 100 needles so that i may not need to buy more in the next few years (and for only $10!). they're deliciously sharp, easy to thread, well packaged, and arrived quickly. i hope these continue to be available for a long, long time.

I had read an independent review on sewing machine needles and the author rated the Organ needles as "the best" and showed, in pictures, just why they were reputed to be superior. I immediately ordered plenty of them. I am very happy with my purchase. So far, they are living up to their reputation. They were packaged well, sent immediately and arrived quickly.

These needles are not only for Brother machines, but also work well for Janomes. This size works well not only for thicker fabrics, but also for specialty threads!

Our old Brother sewing machine came with a pack of Organ 90-14s. And when trying out a new pack of Schmetz Universals they just did not last as long as the Organs. Heard Amazon sells Organ needles at a great price, and here they are! These needles came in the typical "chewing gum" wrapper with "Organ" embossed on it. Each needle has the "Organ" name and size stamped on the shank. These are the genuine stuff (sold from ZipperStop), thank you. The second picture compares it to a Schmetz universal 90-14 we will be moving away from.

These needles work great and so much cheaper than the Schmetz. At this price I can change as often recommended. I also bought the #12 and even cheaper than the 14's. Love them.

This outstanding set of needles is perfect for stocking up. These are the same needles included with Brother machines so, right away, you can tell that the needles aren't lacking in quality. They're straight and perfectly formed; I found no defects in my needles. I tend to use a needle until it needs to be changed instead of changing one on a regular basis (I know, I know, shame on me) and these last forever and put up to some significant abuse. The red plastic holders as shown in the product photo are not included, nor are the little boxes. The needles came packaged in envelopes of ten, and are easy to store and access.

These will last me thru lockdown and beyond. I had to wait until they were in stock but not too long. So glad I was able to get these to make masks. Unfortunately I have a very old machine and I’m not skilled, so I used to go through needles like a 6th grader in Home-ec! I still can’t maintain correct tension. These are very durable and I only broke one in all these months since purchase.
