Brooks are traditionally for running but I bought for walking on my treadmill. I went with the Oyster color and love it! Such a nice neutral color. I have slight bunions therefore need a wider toe box so my bones aren’t squished. These shoes are perfect for that. I always wear an 8 in sandals and an 8.5 in any enclosed shoe but had to go up to a 9 in these so that my toe didn’t hit the end. These are not as cushioning as I’d hoped under the ball of my foot -which is always fussy when walking distances but are plenty comfy for errands and standing on my feet all day as a hairstylist. My feet are to blame and not these shoes.

I love that I can order any Brooks in an 8.5 and it always fits. I now have this one, the ghost and adrenaline and they all fit well. This makes ordering so much easier. Other brands you end up with multiple other sizes. I was worried when a few reviewers said it runs small. No. It is a slimmer more light shoe but it fits just like any other 8.5. This shoe is going to be my every day shoe plus if I want to go for a run, then I am in the right shoe! Its cute enough to go cute/casual but also functions as a lightweight running shoe. The animal print is super adorable. Win win.

They are a very cool looking shoe —I feel stylish when wearing them. I usually order ASICS and these are a little wider. I like the ASICS fit better. When buying any tennis shoe, I automatically buy inserts from my Podiatrist to get the correct arch support I need.

I love these for work so much I bought a second pair of Brooks (levitate) for the gym. These are a more affordable model, cute design on the soles. Wear with durable slightly compressing socks, nothing too thick or thin and they're perfect for being on your feet all day
