Love these shoes for daily walks. Very cushy and comfortable. Like any new shoe it took a couple days for my feet and legs to adjust. I walk 2-3 miles 3x’s a week and would highly recommend for pavement walking. Running and trails not so much due to the stretchy fabric on top, not properly supporting your foot and ankles. I wear a size 9 in my Brooks Ghost with plenty of room and these just barely fit. A size up may be warranted if you like a little more room in the toe box, since the fabric hugs your foot. Style: Like the black out look Walking ability: Very comfortable and cushy Shoe quality: Has held up for many miles so far. Durability: See above.

I have severe spinal issues and Brooks are the only shoes I can wear if I’m going to be on my feet for long periods of time. The Glycerin is the only walking shoes I wear on my daily 3-mile walk since my major spinal injury from 2019. The 1st pair of Glycerin 19 lasted almost three years over 3000 miles of walking distance. I started my 2nd pair of Glycerin sometime in 2022, and still walking in them as of May 2025. Judging on how worn they are, I might need to go to a new pair by the end of this year. These Glycerin 21 will be that new pair. In my opinion Brooks are pretty expensive shoes (not as expensive as medical bills) but are very well worth it. These shoes are light weight, and comfortable, but they are not as soft as some of the Sketchers I had, however the Sketchers didn’t last nearly as long as these. The stability of Brooks really helps reduce my back pain. Which means I can be upright longer before the pain kicks in. So, I’m happily paying their price and consider they are great value, because the support, balance, and comfort they provide.

These are incredibly comfortable shoes! They’re cushioned really well, and I noticed relief in my sore heels after wearing them, even on longer days. I feel sturdy and supported in them without feeling heavy. I also love that the tongue is attached, so they slip on easily, and there’s no irritating movement while walking. Overall, they’re a great choice if you need soft, supportive, and reliable shoes for everyday walking or running

I've been suffering from on and off heel pain since November. All because I decided to switch the work shoes I had been using. Mind you, my heel wasn't hurting then, I just wanted new style of shoes. I had been using the same style for 2 years and wanted a change. I went through five different shoes (On Cloud, New Balance, Barefoot, etc.) I do a lot of walking for work, I have wide feet, and on the plus size side, and I don't know exactly at what point and with which shoes my heel pain started. In January I went back to the old style of work shoes I had been using, but by now my heel was in pain 80% of the time while on my feet. I bought this pair of Brooks last week and decided to use them for work. One week and it's all it took. Haven't felt anything more comfortable than these shoes. My heel pain practically gone. I can't explain the relief I have felt, but I'm just glad I do. I will be buying some more in different colors. Love these shoes!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I did research on this brand. They run small, I'm typically a 5.5 but I got a 6 because of reviews I read to size up & they still feel a bit too snug so I would say to get a full size up.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Cute, comfy, they feel great! Took them on a 4 mile walk the first day I got them and had no issues. I would recommend wearing a sock that covers the back part of your ankle to prevent any rubbing from the back part of the shoe. I’m a size 9 and I sized up to 10. Fits like a 9. Would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable. I wish I had checked for wider sizes. I have a bunion and they are a little snug. However, they were very comfortable for my run. Love the cushioning around the heel.
