I wore this Brooks out of the box on a trek in Arizona's Antelope canyon and horseshoe ridge and this shoes proved itself. No blisters, socks did not get " eaten " by the shoes, breathable uppers and soft but supportive at the same time, firm but not hurtful heels support, shoe laces are long enough and it only came undone once, forefoot is wide enough that I could wiggle my toes inside the shoes, thick soles that protected my feet from walking on those gravel and stones paths. My regular street shoes size is 7.5 and this shoes is tts even with my cushioned heel socks on. It was the heat of around 110 to 112 degrees F that I was complaining about and it's not the shoes' fault. At least I was wearing a very comfy shoes. I'm 75 y.o. female. Now, my husband wants one too. :)

I wore these on a trip to Italy and Spain where I walked about 400km including a 200km stretch of the Camino de Santiago. Not. One. Blister. This was the only pair of shoes I brought and I had no regrets. A stylish sneaker with practical padding, I navigated all sorts of terrain and looked good doing it. I cannot believe the quality for the price point. So glad I didn’t drop more money for Hokas or another name brand. These Brooks did the job. 10/10 would purchase again but I won’t need to because they have held up so well despite putting them through the ringer on my adventure. They are very dusty but the bottoms still look barely worn! I’m amazed and impressed. I have a wide foot and hammer toes. These did not bother the tops of my toe joints or constrict my foot. I felt so supported and so cushioned the whole time. Incredible.

This is my second pair of Brooks Glycerin 20 sneakers. I wear them on the treadmill and also for strength training classes. They are very comfortable and also offer great support. No break in time required. I had to size up a half size and they fit perfectly. Highly recommend!

As nice looking as this pair of shoes is, it is not as cushioned as hoped. Doesn't provide enough cushioning on the heel so it will have to be sent back. I bought a half size larger than my usual size which was a good decision because these run small so it would be best to go a half size up. The heel and the front portion of the shoe is good for a slightly wider foot. I had purchased couple of pairs of Asics gel sneakers recently and they seem to have more cushioning than this pair. The reviews for Brooks stated that these were padded running shoes which were adequately comfy and supportive for walking and being on your feet. Thus far, Hoka seems to have the max amount of cushioning so this pair will unfortunately not work for me and I may purchase Hoka instead. It is overall a very nice looking shoe and lightweight!

I'm not a runner, but I am very happy with the Brooks Women's Glycerin 20 Neutral Running Shoe. I use these for walking. The arch support is excellent, and I feel like I am literally bouncing off of the pavement. The cushion has greatly helped my knees and ankles. I think they will last a long time, and I will buy them again if they are available when the time comes.

I usually don’t like the Brooks colorways but I bought my second pair of these since they’re perfectly supportive yet padded and very durable. They don’t stain easily due to the color so they’ve been great for travel - doubling as both casual, running, hiking shoes.
