I bought these because I needed support for being on my feet 6+ hours straight. I have no foot discomfort, and my lower back pain has lessened. For a wide shoe, these are actually really wide and leave a lot of space. These are very versatile too, I can dress them up or keep it casual and sporty. I think you get what you pay for, and that's quality. Would recommend if you're looking for something supportive!

I have two pairs of Brooks Ghost Max Cushion Neutral shoes that I absolutely love, so when this shoe also received good reviews I decided to order a pair for a trip. While they are not quite a cushioned as the Ghost Max shoes, they are very comfortable for wearing all day long and taking short walks. I would not use them for longer walks, but I have neuropathy in my feet and need more cushioning. I would recommend these if you are on your feet a lot!

If you work a job where you are always on your feet let me tell you, you WANT a pair of these shoes!!!! I am in the medical field and on my feet on cement floors for 12hrs and I have a bad knee as well and these shoes are AMAZING!!! My feet do not hurt by the time I get home and neither does my knees!!! If you haven’t tried them you need to. I also got my daughter hooked on them who is also in the medical field!!!

This was gamble for me trying a new style. Very comfortable directly out of the box. I usually buy Brooks Ghost women's 9W. This style fit the same for me. Happy feet.

We bought these for our 8 year old son and he loves them. We're happy to have him in a Brookes shoes that provides real support. They fit true to size and we expect they to hold up for quite a while.

I love Brooks, and Ghosts have been my go to running shoe for years. But I pretty much hate 99% of their color options. IMHO each generation they're uglier and uglier and they have become the ugliest running shoes on the market. I started buying Asics because I just think they look so much better but the fit and feel of Brooks is superior. I tried these Glycerins because they had a few color options I didn't totally hate and I find them as comfortable as the Ghosts. I just wish they would design better color options, I would buy many more pairs every year.

Delivery took longer than expected delivery date given. 2nd pair of Brooks Women's Glycerin 20 Neutral Running Shoe. These seem a little different - not the same feel but not sure if it is because they aren't worn in yet.

The local running shoe store tried to convince me last summer that I shouldn't buy the same Glycerin 20 I already have when it came time to replace because "it will be old because it was manufactured a long time ago." I wear size 9W in Brooks, and the new Glycerin shoe this year has limited color options. Seriously, we big- and wide-foot women want more than black and dark blue shoes! What to do? Check Amazon, and see who's been keeping the pretty shoes to themselves. Before buying, I did my due diligence and looked up where Playmakers was (where are my shoes coming from) and what they stand for (corporate profits, community support, etc.). I am glad that I made this purchase via this company in Michigan with exemplary, progressive community values. On their website reads, "At Playmakers, we understand that the land on which we run, walk, and live is the ancestral and traditional lands of the Odawa, Ojibwe, and Potawatomi people.
