These are way cuter in person and very comfortable. I was surprised how comfy and airy the bottom is. I am normally a 7.5 and got an 8 per recommendations from other comments. Great fit! Most comfortable walking shoe I own. Heard about Brooks ghost max from a nurse and also from a physical therapist. Costs more than some others, but I have much better balance walking. I normally wear a size 8, the 8.5 is a little snug. I recommend going a full size up. Quality is good, these will be perfect for nursing school.

Excellent shoes. Very comfortable to walk in them for long periods of time. They seems to be made of high quality material. Bought these shoes for nursing and they are lightweight and definitely comfortable to walk around in for 8 hours at a time. Excellent value for the price I paid.

I’ve exclusively worn Ghost Max sneakers for a while now, and this version fits just slightly shorter in length than previous releases. I always wear a size 10, but this pair feels just different enough that I notice it on longer walks. That said, they’re really cute — I love the purple color and suede details — so I decided to keep them. I've been wearing the ghost model Brooks for years and have always had trouble with the comfortable knit upper wearing holes in the sides at the ball of the foot within 4-6 months. Tried this leather version of the max and I'm pleased with the fit. The upper appears to be all smooth leather (no suede) and time will tell how it wears. So far very happy with this shoe. Brooks does not have sufficient arch support for me so I always replace the liner with a good quality high arch support. ... show more

Always love brooks for running shoes but I bought these before a trip as a wear with everything from walking in NYC to hiking through the woods, on the beach and more. My feet never felt better and stayed dry with light rain and creek hopping.

These shoes a really nice and pretty comfortable. The only problem I have with them is that they squeak with every step I take. It drives me crazy so I don't wear them as much as I would like.
