These shoes saved me on our trip to Italy! If you struggle with plantar fascitis or other foot inflammation, these shoes are a life saver! They have a softer and comfortable feel on your feet. The shoes are not heavy but rather lightweight for how much sole they have. Sizing was accurate. They don't have as much arch support as other Brook shoes but that is a minor negative compared to how much they help your overall foot pain. My feet still hurt but it helped enough for me to be able to do all the walking necessary! These shoes are worth the price. Would definitely purchase again!

I needed a new pair of sneakers w support to reduce my knee/back pain when working on my feet for extended periods of time. I’m not a runner but walk a lot. These are extremely comfortable right out of the box, helped reduce my knee/back pain after being on my feet at work and look really cute/athletic. I got my normal 7 1/2 and they fit great with enough room in the toe box. Thought about getting the wide to give my wider foot more room especially for longer walks in the summer but I’m glad I didn’t bc these have good width with plenty of room for movement or swelling. I think the wide would’ve been too big.

These shoes are very comfortable and I bought them when I got a job working as an RN in the OR. They give you tons of support while looking stylish! As an RN in the OR, you are on your feet most of the time if not moving, then standing around sometimes for hours. These sneakers did not disappoint, they fit well, they were slip resistant, breathable, and functioned just as how I needed them to for that job!

The Ghost Max are phenomenally comfortable. These are bouncy, soft; for all day comfort. From heal to toe they transition perfectly. I have a pair of Ghost 15 but for me, anyway, they surpass even those. There is much less foot fatigue; it seems as if you can go twice as far without that hardened feeling underneath your foot. These are the most softest cushions I have ever put on footwise. Joint pain relief is definitely there, and for anyone with diabetes I recommend these. They do not scrunch your feet all while providing plenty of support. They feel good right out of the box. I've tried the Glycerine, the Ghost 15 and for me, anyway these are the most comfortable. For runners I am not sure, but for walkers and people who stand all day, I would say that these are the absolute best. The color options are great as well. Not boring in any way. I know they are coming out with a Max 2 but maybe I will try them sometime too but I'm actually completely satisfied with these. These are neutral, so if your prone to pronation etc they seem to work but that is more of a personal preference of what is best for any particular person and their decision. I just know that the transition from front to back is smooth and ultra cushioned making your stride easy, bouncy, without fatigue, and without that hardness feel underfoot. Standing all day in these would be a godsend. I wish I had these at Universal Studios, Seaworld, and Disneyland on my last trip. 5 stars from me.

I bought this for my daughter-in-law for christmas, instead of surprising her with anything, she specifically told me this is what she wanted, and that she has been wanting these for a long time, I asked why these? She replied that the reviews were terrific on this specific shoe and that her feet are sore a lot and these would help her in relieving the pain when walking.
