Omg! I absolutely love these shoes the best out of all my tennis shoes. I did research after research to find the most comfortable tennis shoes and so far, these are my best!. I have a bad back and broke my neck in two places due to a bad car accident. I’ve always invested money in good quality shoes to protect my back and neck. I’ve had other comfortable tennis shoes but none are as comfortable as these particular Brooks tennis shoes. I love the Ghost! They are lightweight and very very comfortable, helps to relieve my back and neck pain. I was amazed with these tennis shoes. As I’m aging I’ve noticed how much my feet have been hurting. Wearing these help my feel to feel much better with no pressure on my feet. I’m very excited I’ve found a great tennis shoes with the best fit for comfort. Love these shoes SO much. I often have foot pain when walking for long periods of time, and these help so much. they don't have the most intense arch support, but I feel like they do a pretty good job of supporting my arches -- though my arches are average. Despite having ample cushion, these aren't overly cushy (not like some hokas or sketchers for instance) and are the perfect in between of cushy and supportive. I never feel like i'm sinking in the cushion, but I also feel like there is good support for shock absorption. I have a pair of Hoka Bondi 9s and those are very cushy, but these have a great in between of cushy and supportive and I feel like my legs and feet are less fatigued when wearing these. I also LOVE the wider toe box. I hate when my toes feel squished and these in the regular are wide enough for me. The quality is excellent as well. I have run in these and walked in these and they are so so comfortable. They are definitely an investment, and I am glad I got the all black color so I can really rough these up without seeing the dirt all over them. I definitely want more colors eventually, but I worry the all white ones look too "orthopedic-y"? But I might get them anyway, because who cares! they are so comfortable. Side note: There has been a huge winter storm in Texas and I wore these to walk outside, and the traction on these shoes are actually better in slippery conditions that my Blundstone boots. That's not to say you should run around with these shoes in icy conditions, but I do think they provide better than average traction! ... show more

Listen, as a big gal, no walking sneaker has ever really done me justice. Last year, while in Disney, wearing another sneaker, I developed a blister the size of Toledo. Ruined my trip, miserable to walk. I vowed I was going to be on a mission to find a sneaker that wasn’t going to destroy me on the next trip. Fast forward, Ghost Max. I bought them, broke them in for a day or two, in denial that a shoe could be this incredible. I didn’t want to believe, I thought for sure I was being pranked. Well, back to Disney this year. I spent the day springing around the parks like some sort of wild cricket. 40 miles in these babies, can’t tell me nothing. Most comfortable, supportive, cushioned, lightweight and life changing sneaker. I’ve purchased another pair, because no shoe in all my years has made me feel this bad a$$. Take my word for it. These shoes have lots of sole on them and if you wear wide plenty of toe room When walking in them I had no pain from planter and my legs quit hurting each step feels like complete comfort The size is a little small is little small so I ordered 8 1/2 wide which i normally wear 8 wide I got the blue color very pretty and the quality of the shoe is amazing Highly recommend ... show more

I’m training for Hajj and got these because I’ll be walking a loooot. First day I got a blister but since then I’ve broken them in and haven’t had issues. Very comfy overall. Giving them a 4 because they’re not as breathable as I would’ve liked and because they’re bulky which isn’t the most aesthetic but they’re good looking enough that you can delude yourself into believing they’re very cute and stylish ... show more

I tried on the Brooks Adrenaline GST 25 first, and they weren't comfortable. These instead made me feel like I was walking on clouds. Ghost Max is designed to have more cushioning, so it is definitely an improvement on the Adrenaline. Both shoes are designed for overpronators and those with plantar fasciitis issues. These shoes have been great so far! I tried using the Ghost 17 but my custom orthotics didn’t fit in the shoes well. After some research I saw that the Ghost Max 3 are made to fit orthotics and they do fit well! They feel very comfortable when running and walking. I haven’t used them without orthotics so I can’t speak to that, but if you use orthotics, this is a good shoe to pick to use them with! ... show more
