  • A Game-Changer for My Feet - Finally, Real Comfort!
Size: 7 Wide Color: Bright White/Bright White
As someone with bunions, finding shoes that don’t make me regret every step has always been a challenge. These were different from the moment I put them on. Zero break-in time. It honestly felt like my feet were being gently hugged, not squeezed or irritated like with most sneakers. I wear them daily for walking and errands, and the cushioning is incredible, like walking on marshmallows but with support. My bunions don't ache at the end of the day anymore, which is something I haven’t experienced in years. The wider toe box is a blessing, and I love that the shoe feels stable but not clunky. And to top it off, I’ve actually gotten compliments on how cute they look. This is my first pair of Ghost Max 2s, but definitely not my last. If you’ve been struggling to find a shoe that works with bunions (or just want all-day comfort), give these a shot. I finally feel like I can walk pain-free again—and that’s worth everything. ... show more

  • In a league of it's own!
Size: 7 Color: Citadel/Coconut/Biscuit
I tried on a bunch of other shoes before I put this Ghost Max 2 on my foot. They were all ranked very highly and were better than any other sneakers I've ever had, but then I put on this one and it just blew them all out of the water. This shoe was in a league of it's own. I'm on my feet a lot, and I'm still impressed on how comfortable they remain through it all. The support keeps my feet from getting fatigued. They are holding up amazingly well with what I put them through. The color is perfect. Even though I've got things on them, you can't see it. I won't ever stop raving about this shoe to everyone I know. Now, I understand all the people telling me that I have to get a pair of Brooks. ... show more

  • Your answer for bunions
Size: 8 X-Wide Color: Coconut Milk/Gray/Zephyr
Comfortable right out of the box. I ordered the extra wide due to very wide feet and bad bunions and no pain at all. So if anyone looking for a shoe that supports feet with downright severe bunions then you will not regret these sneakers. Love them!!! I also have the adrenaline in a regular wide and they are also comfortable. ... show more

  • Finally!!
Size: 9 Color: White/Hot Coral
These are the most comfortable walking/running shoes I've ever owned. Which by the way was recommended by my Podiatrist and he wasn't lying. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and the support on my feet from this shoe feels amazing. I love the white and coral. My new walking/running shoe of choice from now on. Definitely not disappointed!! ... show more

  • When you find a good fit, get 2. Same brand and size have very different fit between styles.
Size: 9 Wide Color: Ebony/Sweet Lavender/Alloy
I have been a Brooks loyal customer for years, purchasing 4 or more pairs per year. I am a size 9, fairly high arch, need a generous toe box – but not wide in the heel. I consider myself a moderate level athlete. I fast walk 6-10 miles per day, and more when I am training for an event (such as the 3Day/60 mile walk). My go to for several years was the Adrenaline GTS 22. I could buy a new pair, slip my custom orthotics in, and go. No break-in period was needed. These worked great for my 3Day/60 mile walk events. Then they went to the Adrenaline GTS 23, those also fit well. Then in Oct 2024, I had to order the GTS 23 GTX. These were too narrow in the toe box. I had to return them. I’ve since tried the Revel 6 (kept for non-athletic wear); the Adrenaline GTS 24 (toe box too tight); Ghost Max 2 (felt pushed forward and were clunky); Ghost 16 (wasn’t too bad, wore it 6 mile outside and it started feeling like my toes-metatarsals were crunching); another Ghost 16 (to confirm if it was just an oddity last time – wasn’t) I decided to try a wide, and ordered the Launch 10, in 9 wide. They were too wide overall. Then tried Launch 10, in 9 regular width. The Launch 10 is the winner by far. Just ordered another pair, as there are not many options in my size left. My husband thought I was crazy with shoes coming and going. I don’t mind the price as long as the shoe fits properly and will not cause me any downtime from injuries. I now have a spreadsheet keeping track of all of this – paying particular attention to details like the vendors description (soft, protective vs responsive springy); are they supportive or neutral; and especially the midsole drop. When you find the right shoe, order back-up pair because they might not be the same in 3 months when you need to get new shoes. ... show more

  • Total body support, perfect for 12 hr shifts!
Size: 8 Color: Storm Blue/Knockout Pink/Aqua
I’ve bought multiple pairs of ghosts, but these take support to a new level. They feel very cushioned around the heel. I love the bold pink color at the sides. I put these on and felt like I instantly stood up straighter. I will definitely purchase more pairs of the ghosts max.

  • Great for nursing. Light as air, but still like walking on clouds
Size: 9.5 Color: Ebony/Sweet Lavender/Alloy
I'm on my feet for 13-14 hours a day as a nurse. These feel light as air and my feet dont hurt when the day is over. The look very sleek but with a nice pop of color. Highly recommend these!

  • Super comfortable shoe!
Size: 9 Color: Black/White/Orchid Ice
This is the second ghost max 2 sneaker I have purchased. Wearing them is like walking on a cloud. They are perfect for the gym and walking. Not sure I would use these for running as they are a bit heavy. My only complaint about this particular one is that I thought it would be more light pink and it was nearly white. So, essentially I got a black and white sneaker, which isn't really what I wanted. On the image it looked like a light pink but in reality it's almost white. The only reason I took off a star was because the colors in the image were deceiving. The sneaker itself I give 5 stars for sure! It is a very durable shoe. I bought the last pair in August and wore them for 6 months. I average about 40 miles on a month in them, so I easily got about 500 miles out of them. I still plan on wearing them as the tread is still decent, but some of the cushion is gone which is why I replaced them. These are similar to Hoka's as far as cushion goes but much lighter and more comfortable. ... show more
