I cannot express how much I LOVE these shoes. It is not just the brand as much as it is the style: Ghost. I have finicky feet and these are the most comfortable I have used. I purchased these online because I could not find the color scheme in the stores. I love the look of these and I was adamant about finding them! Only place I could find them was here as all other places were sold out in my size. Additionally, the fit is true to size for the brand and for all other similar brands I have used. If you are a size 9 in Nike, you will likely be fine with a size 9 in Brooks. Lastly, Brooks has been my go-to brand for awhile. This is probably my 5th or 6th pair from Brooks. They usually last about a year or so of almost everyday use before I start to feel them becoming less firm. I tend to lose heel resistance in my shoes first and Brooks has lasted a long time in comparison to other brands. I’ve been wearing the Brooks Women’s Ghost 16 Neutral Running Shoe for a while now, and they’ve genuinely made a difference in how my feet feel every day. I struggle with a plantar fibroma that often causes uncomfortable pressure and pain across the bottom of my foot. Since switching to these shoes, the cushioning and support have noticeably eased that discomfort. What I love most about them is how lightweight and soft they feel underfoot — it’s almost like walking on clouds, yet they still provide enough structure to protect my heel and arch.     • These shoes feel like pillows around my feet!

This is my 3rd pair of Ghost 16. They are comfortable and require no breaking in time. They feel like a pillow surrounding your foot. I am 74 yrs old, more than moderately active, and have plantar fasciitis and arthritis in both feet. I wear insoles for plantar fasciitis that fit smoothly into these shoes. I walk 1 hour per day and am moving most of the time. At the end of most days, my feet are still very comfortable and happy. The fit is good, allowing for plenty of toe room. If I didn't have to wear insoles for plantar fasciitis, I think the shoe's arch support would be sufficient. I plan to continue wearing Ghost 16 shoes as long as they don't change! ... show more

I love the comfort and support that Brooks provides consistently. The toe box has enough space for my toes which is a must for me when it comes to a good shoe.

For the walkers out there, this is my wife’s “go to” shoe. Very durable for heavy walkers. Many styles and colors to choose from. She loves the comfort and fit. The size was true to size. These are always on her gift list.

As a ghost tour guide, I spend long hours on my feet, and the only shoes I wear are Brooks Ghost because of how comfortable and supportive they are. The Ghost 16 did not disappoint. They’re lightweight, cushioned, and comfortable right out of the box. The size 8 fit perfectly with no break-in needed. I ordered the Tomato Bisque color—just a heads-up that it looks more coral in person and almost glows in low light, which I actually love. Love these shoes. Fit true to size. Very comfortable for running, walking, and just everyday wear. I wear both running outdoors and on treadmill for up to 5 miles at a time and my feet feel great during and after.
