  • Some Colors Lower Priced Than Others
Size: 9 Color: White/Purple/Coral
I already knew that Brooks Ghost 14 work for me, so when mine wore out, I looked online before purchasing the new 15's in-store. I'm glad I did. The white ones were priced considerably lower than all of the other colors. Since I couldn't care less what color my shoes are, this was a no-brainer. They were $15+ less than all of the other colors! If you are new to Brooks, I would advise purchasing your first pair in-store some where. But once you know what works for you, it's smarter to buy online. Although the "try before you buy" option is another great choice. As far as the shoe itself, it's a moderately cushioned neutral daily running shoe. I have somewhat high arches, wide toe and narrow heel. With some lacing adjustment, these work really well for me. It's a good, quality shoe. If you are new to purchasing running shoes, it's really a good idea to get fit in a running specific store so they can analyze your gait and pronation. But if that's just not possible, a good rule of thumb is to go one size larger than your normal shoes. You want to fit one finger tip in between your big toe and the front of the shoe. Your feet will expand while you run, so you need room to wiggle. If you experience a lot of bruised or blackened toe nails, it's likely you need to size up. ... show more

  • Favorite running sneakers
Size: 8.5 Color: Black/Pearl/Peach
All I buy is brooks. I bought 2 pairs this time. I have a narrow foot and wearing these sneakers gives my toes room to spread out. I am a 7/7.5 I bought an 8. Gives me a big toes width. I like the cushion throughout the sole and the flexibility of the sneaker. I know over time I will put a hole in the top of the sneaker do to me pushing my big toe up while I run. Nothing bad about the make of the sneaker it’s me. I only have good things to say about the brooks. I found my sneaker. With trial and error you will also find your sneaker. Arrived fast and packaged good. I would buy again from seller. ... show more

  • Perfect running sneaker
Size: 8 Color: Lilac/Purple/Lime
I just got back into running after a two-year hiatus, and I was dealing with horrible shin splints. These shoes completely eliminated my shin splints and I feel like I’m walking on clouds. I even wear them to work (I’m a nurse), for 12 hour shifts on my feet and I have no more issues with heel pain like with my other shoes. I was always a new balance girl, but I may have switched over to Brooks because of these shoes. I’m also a lavender girl so the color is perfect. ... show more

  • Overall nice shoe but fits a little small, laces too short
Size: 9 Color: Black/Pink/Yucca
I like these shoes in some ways but there are some things that I'm not crazy about. I was looking for a shoe with a little support in the arch and these have some...not too much but enough that my foot does not fold over immediately. The only issue with that is that to me the insert also has a hard support arch and it's not that comfortable. It could be in part that the shoe is a little tight in the middle. It fits in length and I have wiggle room in my toes, it fits fine in my heal but I feel like in the middle I have to pull the laces all the way loose and then it's still to tight putting pressure against the arch and top middle of my foot. I was able to loosen it up so it was passable but then the laces are so short that I have to either skip the last holes or use different laces. I guess I could get thinner socks but honestly the arch in the insole is so hard I think it would hurt more. If there was more room in the shoe I think it would not be an issue. I do not feel that a larger or wider shoe is the answer because I do not want my heal slipping or to be swimming in the toe box. To make it work, I took the insoles from another pair of shoes I have that are just foam. The shoe has enough of an arch without the insole and I still get support but with a layer of foam on top instead of that hard insole. The foam squishes and makes the shoe not so tight in the middle. I still need to get my own laces but this does not seem right. Honestly if anything I have a narrow foot, the medium fits like a narrow shoe in the middle. Something to me is just not right. I mean maybe a wide would work and I would not be swimming in the toe or heal. Maybe going to a 9.5 would give more room in the middle but I feel like the length is ok. maybe it would work if I was barefoot. Anyway that's my experience. Hope it helps someone and really they need to put longer laces on these. I see other complaining about the short laces too. ... show more

  • Walking with no pain
I just received them today. But I am liking them a lot so far. They are comfortable. I can feel the cushion when I walk, but I can also feel the support in my arch that they give. I have plantar fasciitis on one foot and have been looking for a shoe to be able to walk normal without pain in my heel. I have one other brand that I’ve found that is ok. But they don’t have the cushion that these do. These are the best I have found so far. Will definitely buy again. The only downside was that it took almost 3 weeks to get them. ... show more

  • More cushion than the 13 or the Glycerin 20!
Size: 8.5 Color: Black/Pink/Yucca
Been with the Ghost since the 12s. This one is the best. Bought this to replace my 13s -which did fabulous walking all over Europe on a 2 week vacation. I stand on my feet in pharmacy all day, and these are the only shoes I can wear. I love these Ghost 14s. Super comfy out of the box. Really thinking of getting another pair of these. I'm not a fan of the new dna loft midsole. It is not as much cushion as these. This Ghost14 has a great heel strike, roll through, and cushion for standing. Returned the Glycerin 20 and GlycerinStealth fit 20 and bought these and another Glycerin19 from another retailer. Please bring back the foam cushion like these! So bouncy! ... show more

  • Great for being on your feet all day at work.
Size: 7.5 Color: White/Purple/Coral
These sneakers made my feet so much more comfortable than the ones I was wearing prior. My feet were so sore that even the top of my foot was beginning to look bruised. So on recommendation from my sister, I purchase these and they are a godsend if you're on your feet for 8 hours a day while working. I would definitely buy them again. ... show more
