These have great support around the foot and thick, firm cushion for the sole. It's my first actual pair of dedicated running shoes and I love them. I notice a difference in my running as well as no pain in my hips or feet. When I first tried them on, they felt way too tight, but I wore them all day before running in them and that seemed to break them in. They feel amazing to wear when I'm just on my feet all day.

I got these to help with Knee pain. They are very comfortable. They were a little more narrow than my other brooks, I have always gotten Ghosts. Still having knee pain ( my issue is more than a shoe can fix) Highly recommend these are very supportive, my plantar fasciitis has not flared up since wearing them. I like the color the light color soles and fabric never last long even with just wearing inside.

This is my 3rd pair of Brooks and they never let me down. Day to day wear let alone running, hands down these shoes are the best for support and comfort. True to size, great arch support. Go all day in these shoes and not feel any fatigue at the end of the day.
