I am a kindergarten teacher and stay on my feet all day. Brooks shoes are the ONLY shoes I have found that help with my feet. I have tried pretty much every brand and I would still come home every day with my feet aching and throbbing. I bought the Brooks Ghost last year and loved them, but this year I decided to get these because of the ankle support. They are wonderful!!! My feet don’t hurt and they have great ankle support! They’re also very sturdy.

I had an issue with Peroneal tendonitis. This shoe was recommended by the research I had conducted. For my foot-it was a total fit. It supported my ankle, was wide enough in the toe bed (wear a 10W) and provided arch support. It has good cushion but not enough that my ankle was impacted. It checked all the boxes I was looking for. I would recommend it to someone who needs ankle stability and still wants comfort.
