It’s a good supportive walking shoe. I am on my feet long hours working in medicine and this shoe makes it bearable. This is my second pair of brooks - the last pair lasted 3 years. Even though I got the wide size, my bunions poke through. Unfortunately, my left bunion has worn a hole through the shoe after only a few months of use. Brooks are the absolute best shoes I’ve ever worn for my plantar fasciitis! ..And I’ve tried a few different brands. I’ll be buying a new pair of Brooks approximately every five years because they’re that durable. Granted I do mostly office work in farmers markets. I absolutely love this brand if you go for the extra wide be absolutely sure wide isn’t wide enough because extra wide was ridiculously big for me and I have wide feet. I wear a size 12wide in women’s 10 to 10 1/2 in men’s and a wide in most cases is perfect. Like I said before I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I also had surgery on my foot and so when I’m out walking, my foot will swell quite a bit and I put elastic shoelaces on my shoes for this issue and Brooks has always held up really well. These are always perfect. They are so light weight m, breathable and flexible, they don’t pinch or cause pressure points and the durability makes the value for your money extremely good. There are a few things I will spend over $100 and it’s very very few, a mattress, long lasting appliances, a coat, shoes and any well made pair of jeans. ... show more

Runs a bit small. I wear a women's US size 11 in every shoe brand, including other Brooks shoes. These were tight in the toes. The heal was comfortable and my ankles were supported. I was looking for more arch support like the GTS 25 but with more ankle support. These shoes do not have much arch support. Overall disappointed and will be returning. ... show more
