After trying several other brands and models, I found what I needed with the Brooks Revel. At first I thought the fit was a bit tight in width, but they proved comfortable and with good support in use. They provide a lot more stability than my last few sneaker selections. The height is good with full support, but not cutting into heel or ankle. The lace up is excellent, holding proper tension the entire length. Cons? I might select a different color next time. My selection, Primer/Blackened Pearl is very monochromatic gray scale. Totally subjective. ... show more

Size too small, was very tight and did NOT fit, even though other ghost max size 10 worked well. Was hurting a bit to walk. Cushioning is ok for this one, though ghost max is best. Comfort is poor. OVerall durability of brooks sneakers is poor due to the sole.
