This is my first pair of Brooks and I wish I had started wearing them sooner. Walking over 1500 miles a year, I have gone through many pairs of New Balance, Skechers and Keen shoes. All have great features, but wear out quickly and it seems as their popularity grows, their quality decreases. So far, these Brooks shoes have held up incredibly well, and felt comfortable from the first time I put them on. Do yourself a favor and listen to the advice that Brooks gives. Order one half to one size larger than you normally do and you will be good to go. I questioned that advice, but ordered 1/2 size larger and they fit perfectly.

Even when standing long hours does not harm your feet in anyways. So soft, we all the comfort in the right places, arch, around your toes. There was a time when I couldn't stand Brooks shoes; I was a dedicated New Balance wearer for decades. New Balance, however, has gone south; poor designs, cheap materials, poor fit, I won't belabor the point, other than to say the hay day of New Balance, for me, is long, long gone. I thoroughly like, and enjoy my Brooks. I have four pair, my wife has six pair, and if nothing changes, Brooks will be our shoes. Thank you Brooks for making a convert.

Had these sneakers about three months..used them on occasions..great looking and I was told they where one of the most comfortable brands..Each time I used them I felt them tighten after standing..I bought the half size larger as recommended..At work I literally could not walk any longer at my mid day shift recently. Finally I took off my socks and found a much better relief..so sadly my only solution for here on in is to wear them without socks..to bad ..I really expected more..

I'm in my mid 60's and started daily walking for several miles. Was wearing keen work boots which are very supportive but not designed specifically for the job. Happy with these lighter and very comfortable running shoes that did not cost as much as many others.

These shoes are like gloves for my feet. The only thing I didn't like was that USPS delivered them to my neighbor. We have completely different names. I wish Amazon had the option to choose UPS over USPS even if it cost more.

There's a reason many nurses and physical therapists wear Brooks. They might not be the flashiest shoe but they are some of the most comfortable and supportive. The sole of these shoes feel like a Michelin tire which makes me feel a little more confident on slippery surfaces.
