  • Ghostly Smooth Ride - Another Winner from Brooks
Size: 9 Color: Black/Grey/White
The Brooks Ghost 16 continues to be a reliable and comfortable choice for neutral runners. From the first stride, I was impressed by the plush cushioning that provides excellent impact protection without feeling overly soft or mushy. The smooth ride is a hallmark of the Ghost series, and this iteration delivers with a seamless transition from heel strike to toe-off. Fit: The Ghost 16 offers a true-to-size fit with ample room in the toe box, allowing my feet to splay naturally. The engineered mesh upper provides excellent breathability, keeping my feet cool and comfortable even during long runs. The secure lockdown of the laces ensures a snug and comfortable fit without any hotspots or discomfort. Other Features: * DNA LOFT midsole provides a balance of cushioning and responsiveness. * Segmented Crash Pad promotes a smooth and stable ride. * 3D Fit Print offers targeted support and structure. * BioMoGo DNA midsole cushioning adapts to your unique stride. Overall: The Brooks Ghost 16 is an exceptional running shoe that excels in comfort, cushioning, and overall performance. It's a versatile shoe that can handle daily training runs, tempo workouts, and even longer distances. Highly recommended for neutral runners seeking a reliable and enjoyable ride. Note: This review is based on my personal experience and may vary depending on individual foot types and running styles. I hope this review is helpful! • Best shoe I've ever worn
Size: 10.5 Color: Blue Opal/Black/Nasturtium
These shoes although a higher price point are WELL worth the money, they are strong, durable, have arch support unlike any other brand, comfortable like no other shoe and above all very breathable. Most other shoes tend to get hot when walking or exercising but not the ghosts, for some reason the more you move the cooler they get. If you walk forward you can feel the air flowing into the shoe, it sounds like a small thing, but this is HUGE, as like no other shoe does this so well. I've tried Nikes, Adidas, Jordans, Onclouds and even HeyDudes but the Ghosts beat all of them. ... show more

  • Perfect
Size: 12.5 Color: Black/Black/Ebony
When I started running not that many years ago, I went to a proper running store to get fitted. The fitter there looked at my feet, and said "there are 3 shoes that will work for you." I tried them all, and my faves were the Ghosts. I especially appreciated that they came in all-black; generally I've found that the more serious a running shoe is, the uglier it is. These I can actually wear as all-day walk-around-town shoes. The Ghosts are middle-of-the-road in almost all respects. And this is a good thing, at least for my purposes. They're about halfway between a motion-control shoe and a cushioning shoe. They're heavier and more durable than a performance shoe, but plenty light enough for anything non-competitive. They're medium width (I believe there's actually a choice of widths, which is even better). I find these perfect for trail running (on easy, non-technical trails—for more serious stuff I use La Sportivas). And for walking. They're obviously good for road running, but I don't really do that. This all makes them perfect for me; YMMV. They seem to be perfect for a lot of people, also, which brings another advantage: Brooks keeps making this model year after year, with only minor revisions. So when you wear out your pair, you can always just buy another one. I'm on my 3rd now. I don't have to keep going back to square one and getting professionally fitted, because know next year's model Ghost will be fine. When I wear them out, I keep the old pair around as beaters. They handle all the messy projects and abuse, sparing the new ones. ... show more

  • Great fit and amazing comfort on runs
Size: 9 X-Wide Color: Primer/Grey/Lime
Love these shoes. I am typically a size 9 with a 4E width so most running shoes don't fit me. These however are wide enough to fit where my toes have a little splay and not feel cramp. I've ran a mix of short 1 mile sprints to 20 miles long runs with about 130 miles and they still feel great with little to no tread wear. I can see the Ghost 16s last at least 400 miles. Compared to the Brooks Adrenalines (the support version of these shoes), the Ghost 16s did better in the rain as I didn't have as much slipping while running. ... show more

  • Comfortable, good quality
Size: 12 Color: Black/Iron/Lava
I wear a size 12 and bought a size 12. True to size. I have average width foot. I wear these daily to work and they are very comfortable. Good support in the heel. Worth the price!

  • Absolutely love them
Size: 8 Color: Posy/Sycamore/Fiesta
They look and being another Brooks Ghost caught my eye. They're another comfortable pair of them Ghost series. They look so cute and have yet to wear them out or work that everybody loves seeing them. I work for Lowe's being on concrete and going up ladders I need as much comfortable that I can get. My first time wearing them to work I worked a ten hour day. Normally I wear them for 24 hours around the house and even to bed to see whether comfortable to wear at work. I didnt get to do my traditional ways I try them out first. I worked that 10 hour day and they were so comfortable. Normally I take a spare pair but didn't and didn't need them. I like these so well I want to another pair. Definitely worth the price!! ... show more
