I have to order a mans (I'm female) extra wide shoe 9 1/2, because I wear comfort toes ( toe spreaders) when I run. The Ghost shoe is one I have been wearing for the last 4-5 years. They have great cushion in them, good heel support. The laces are long enough and flat, so they stay tied. My toes have plenty of room, not squished at all. It would be nice if there was a wider assortment of colors to choose from instead of grey or black, (when you go extra wide the colors limit to those choices), but that's not even a big deal. They are fabulous running shoes for trail and road. Will buy again.

I’m am in my mid 50’s and only run about 2 miles on a treadmill 4 days a week. I had been using another brand but wanted more cushion for my older joints. These shoes have been great, I can run with less fatigue and I noticed the difference in comfort the first time I tried them. They are true to size (10.5 Medium Width) and no problems with blisters or anything.
