To give some context, I am flat footed. Extremely so. And I'm a bigger guy so that doesn't help. I have been wearing Brooks Adrenaline GTS 11M as my go to 'good' shoe for at least the last decade. Wear out a pair, order up the next new pair of adrenalines. Then I heard of this previously unknown Beast model. I was recommended for an extra wide pair due to the arch collapse. I heard these were more supportive than the adrenalines, so naturally, I ordered a pair of the blue ones, size 11 extra wide. Holy crap on a cracker, these shoes are my equivalent of Cinderella's slippers. They are stiff, but the support is absolutely amazing. It's exactly what my feet needed. I have been very impressed with how they feel. By far the most comfortable shoe for me that I've ever worn. Im not saying they are the best for everyone, but for me and my price range and issues, they are the right fit (see what I did there??)! Overall, I'm very impressed with the Beast GTS!!

I have wide feet and while doing the search that ended in buying these, chatgpt suggested that I was flat footed as well! I normally buy shoes from the brand that rhyms with “itchers” but the ache in my feet and the pain in my knees after walking which I was attributing to my heavy weight led me to think in trying other brands despite being a loyal costumer for about ten years. After searching in amazon for shoes that are in my size with x-wide width, there were only two options, I decided to use chatgpt to chose between the two and I was told that the supportive design of these shoes fit my possibly flat feet better. Before buying these shoes my maximum walking numbers according to the health app on my phone were about 18k steps. When I reach this number I will be so tired and aching from every joint on my bottom half. After using these pair of shoes I started reaching 26k steps with just minimum pain from standing all day. I can’t recommend these highly enough.

So, these shoes are on the expensive side, but the more I wear them the more they are worth it. The size is accurate and the style is ok, but they keep me stable and comfortable. I have one leg which has a partial atrophy in the calf due to back issues in the past. I’ve had two surgeries including a fusion, but still require dependable footwear. I think Brooks is the way to go. If you’re looking for more cushion, I’d go the Hoka route. For me, support and slightly less cushion, although still enough to take pressure off the knees and back, was important.

Absolutely love these shoes. I've had foot surgery and need the kind of support these shoes offer. I wear them all day every day. I have several pairs in different colors. I've been wearing Brooks Men's Beast for over 10 years. I am a woman just under 200 lbs and order the men's size 8.5 medium because the wide box design accommodates the surgeries I've had.

I bought these shoes in Extra Wide, and they’re some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve owned. What really stands out is that they’re genuinely wide — not just a regular shoe labeled as “wide.” I find that it’s hard to find shoes that actually give your feet room without feeling tight across the toes, but these do. The fit is excellent right out of the box, and they’ve been great for all-day wear. Highly recommend for anyone with truly wide feet.

These are amazing I bought them for a Tokyo trip that I planned on walking 10+ miles a day. Walking on a cloud is the best description I can give amazing shoes. Very lightweight, great arch support, and my feet stay cool due to breathability of the shoes. If you are over 250lbs these are a god send.

First of all, the customer service is awesome. There was an error in the first shipment where the shoes in the box were a different size than the box label. It was immediately handled. Best of all is the shoes provided a new sense of balance. I get a lot of negative feedback from the nerves in my feet. I didn’t have pain but every step was awkward. My doctor recommended these shoes. Now I don’t feel like I’m stepping on pins every step. I have a firm foundation now so I don’t feel like I’m going to fall. Other shoes that were supposed to give support didn’t feel this good. The thicker sole gives me more confidence to walk more. I’m happy with how strong but light they are. Even after wearing them all day, my feet don’t hurt and I don’t trip from awkward nerve fatigue sensation like I did in my other athletic shoes. I haven’t felt this comfortable in a long time.
