These shoes are very lightweight! I bought them due to stability and hip joint issues from a stroke years ago. I was also considering Hoka, but reviews led me to Brooks. I used the proper shoe finder on their website, and it gave me 3 options...WOW, goodbye Skechers...these shoes are unbelievably comfortable!! I am walking better than I have in the past 3 years, great support and stability, The cushioned sole and arch support is fantastic, Its like Im walkin on air! I am going on a Caribbean cruise and will be walking a lot. These will be perfect...The only gripe is that they're lace-up, and you can easily lace them too snug. Please offer these in slip-ons!!! I will buy 3 pairs!.... Also, the shoes were not delivered in a bag or packaging, just the Shoes in their well-labeled Brooks box...not good at all; this is Amazon's fault, not Brooks! ... show more

These Brooks Adrenaline 25 gts are AWESOME! My feet have improved within the first 3 days and now going on the 2nd week of wearing them I don't even want to wear anything else and that includes my Bondi 9s , Ghost Max 2s and 3s. These are the real deal if you have flat feet and I was getting my plantar fascitis back and these have stopped it from happening again. I've spent thousands of dollars on shoes trying to fix this issue and these shoes by far are the Best! Delivery was on time. Fit is true to fit. I ordered the 11.5 wide and could've gotten the 11 wide. A little long but doesn't hurt my feet. Next order will be the 11 wide instead. Unfortunately for the wide size the color options are not that great. The white and black look great. Definitely buying in a couple weeks, hoping for better colors then to choose from. Not a fan of boring black or grey. ... show more

These are legit. I certainly don't run (unless being chased) but these things improved my foot pain at work to the point where it's essentially gone. I am on my feet for 8 plus hours a day and these remain comfortable day in and day out. They have a lot of cushioning and support. They also seem to help to reduce fatigue in my legs. I'm a bit of a Brooks nerd. I've been a long-time customer, and a big fan of the Adrenaline GTS and Glycerin GTS lineup. I over-pronate, so I really get a benefit out of a stability shoe. The great thing about Brooks is that the stability is a bit more subtle than in other shoes, so you get the benefit of stability without the stability shoe look, and they are exceptionally comfortable. I do a lot of walking. I'm getting to the age where I can't run much anymore, but I do a ton of walking. I really love the Adrenaline for walking because it is a bit firmer than the Glycerin. When it comes to really racking up the miles with walking (or running), there is such a thing as too much cushion. If you have a shoe that is too soft, it feels like you are walking in quicksand. It seems to take more energy to walk if the shoe is too soft. This is where the older versions of Adrenalines really shine. The 24 was perfectly cushioned without being mushy. This new version starts to skew the softness scale closer to the Glycerin. Whether that is a good thing depends on what you are looking for. For me, I've used the Adrenalines, with their firmer ride, for racking up the miles walking and working around the house. I like the Glycerin, with the more cushioned ride, for going grocery shopping or out to sporting events. This new Adrenaline is softer than previous versions, and it's almost like a Glycerin now. I'm not sure I like that. It's still a great shoe, I'm just not sure what I'm going to do when my Adrenaline 24s wear out. I'm not sure the new Adrenaline 25s will be able to replace the 24s....it's just a bit too soft for what I need it for. These fit true to size. I have a wide foot, and the wide version always fit perfect. The upper mesh is fantastic. It has great cushion around the heel cup. If you like Brooks, then this will feel very familiar. I love the loop on the back of the heel cup....helps for putting the shoes on. The outsole is a bit softer than previous versions. It's still not quite as soft as the Glycerin, but it's very close (too close for me, personally). I'm hoping I'll get used to it, but I think I'm going to pick up another pair of 24s while I can still get them. ... show more

Specifically recommended by my podiatrist, this is my go to shoe for power walks and general use. Thick cusion provides firm support and joint protection for my 6'3 240lb body. They come in extra wide (4E) which is also a great benefit. I switched to these from Hoka's which were too cushy and did not provide ample ankle support. My ankle discomfort quickly dissappeared. A pricey shoe at $150 but one I'm happy to pay for the support and durability. My previous pair is going on almost 3 years of daily use and still has a great deal of sole left. They are now my yard work shoes. ... show more

Wow, ok these are my first pair of Brooks shoes and they are so comfortable and fit perfectly. I have flat feet and sciatica pain so they are most certainly essential for my feet and the rest of the issues that coincide with flat feet and sciatica issues. I have been wearing converse shoes for years now which was not helping my feet or back. These shoes seem like quality shoes and I have planter fasciitis inserts that I had in my converses to help with my pain and I took the soles out of the Brooks and put the planter fasciitis inserts into them and it’s like they’re custom made 😮💨 I’ve talked to my doctor and a podiatrist about what shoes to get and they are worth the money. The walking difference is definitely better than the chucks I’ve been using. Only time will tell how good the durability will be but I feel like it will be just fine for me walking around to the store or just walking around to get some fresh air. I’m a happy man and my body and feet are thanking me. ... show more

I absolutely love these shoes! They are very lightweight and feels like walking on a cloud. They slip right on and fit well. Decent traction so far from what I can tell when out walking and jogging. This is my first time wearing Brooks shoes, so far I'm pretty pleased.
