I'm happy that I bought this Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22! I normally wear a men''s US 7 to US 7.5 (Euro 40 - 41). This pair fit perfectly. The shoe tongue was a tad tight but I slackened the laces and the problem easily. My instep is high. The colours a vivid and the shoes are light in weight. The stitching is well done, rubber has been pasted onto fabric immaculately and canvas to rubber midsole is seamless. The outsole appears to be well attached with proper patern for road and pavement traction. The aesthetics are a work of art and they are very comfortable with proper balance. I can't speak of the road yet but I'll put them on the concrete later this week.

Great sneakers for walking, standing at work if you work a long job standing, or for casual use. I DO NOT RUN so I can't tell you if it's a good running shoe. DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD GENERAL GYM SHOE. The cushioning, while great for walking and standing, is way too high and thick for any real gym workouts. Definitely not for squatting or leg workouts (anything involving digging your heal into the ground or even the ball of your foot). This shoe could have a wider area for the toes. But it is def a top notch shoe, dont get me wrong, one of the most comfortable I have ever worn. Def not a gym shoe tho!

Size 12.5 M 6'1" male, 200 lbs. Primary use: Walking I have have had extremely flat feet for most of my 81 years. I've tried various running/walking shoes rated for flat feet, and numerous inserts. Some were good, most OK, but none that gave me the support I need for walking any distance. Based on reviews from multiple running/walking sites I decided to try these. I was not disappointed. 1. Support: I have been using these for a week. They are the only shoes that performed well and that did not require additional arch support inserts. The arch support is high and firm but not imposing. The lacing system allows me to adjust the fit to maximize support around the arch where I need it (My feet are oddly shaped, and suffer from traumatic arthritis at the left metatarsal, so that's critical for me). 2. Balance and stride: Like many people with flat feet, maintaining balance can be a challenge. The arch support helps control overpronation and the heel is shaped such my forward stride feels natural, and it minimizes shock.. 2. Comfort: Given my arthritis, my feet are never completely comfortable, even at rest. But given that, these are the best shoes I had for moderate walking. I wouldn't mind if the insole part was a little softer, but the extra support is a good tradeoff. So if you have extremely flat feet and need a truly supportive walking shoe, you should give these a try.

These are very comfortable and very supportive! Great arch support. I am on my feet at work for 10-12 hours a day, up and down stairs, etc. these were great from the minute I put them on the first time. Love these Brooks!

First off I am a fan of Brooks Beast for years. I had some foot issues and my Podiatrist recommended the Brooks Beast to help improve some of those issues and I have been using them ever since. I am not a runner, my exercise consist of the gym and walking on and of road. I was due for a new pair of Brooks and I decided to try the Adrenaline GTS22 because of the reviews they were receiving. I'm glad I tried them, they are softer ride then my Beast, and they provide good quality, close to the same support and a secure fit. The con's for this shoe is I believe the toe box is a little smaller then my Beast and Brooks was a little stingy on the shoe lace length and the shoe tongues seem a little narrower then the Beast. Over all I happy with my Adrenaline GTS 22, but my next pair of Brooks I'm going back to the Beast.

I got a size 9 and it fits perfect, unlike Nike size 9 tends to fit a bit loose. The shoe supports and breathes really well. Sole absorbs good amount of shock. I have only had it for a week so can't say much about longevity. The stiffeners on back of heel are good to prevent that area from collapsing. Shoes look great and can be an alternative for work wear if you work allows casual shoes. I would definitely recommend and repurchase these.
