Best Purchase ever!! My daughter is autistic and will be 4 this month. I haven’t had no luck with her letting me brush her teeth with any tooth brush! She’s obsessed with babyshark and decided to try this out!! It has games or the song we do the song and she lets me brush her teeth the whole song!!!

This baby shark toothbrush is ok. I thought it would have a vibrating head that helps clean the teeth which is does not. The music is very loud on normal setting and our three year old absolutely hates it. Holding down the button the music will be quieter. Honestly by interactive I thought it would be, I don’t know, more interesting or something. It keeps on saying to brush up and down... it might be recommended but does anyone actually move the toothbrush up and down while holding it side ways? Pretty annoying tooth brush in my opinion. The concept is great but the execution is trash. I can barely shake it hard enough to get the sensors to notice it's being used so none of the features activate unless your violently shaking it which makes it unusable. Giant let down my kid was super excited for this and it doesn't work. Update : my child harassed me until I let him try it again and it works now. Idk if it was a glitch or what but it worked just fine last night when he tried using it ... show more

So, this thing rocks. It has Three settings: Practice, Baby Shark Song, and Treasure Hunt. The practice and Song mode are self explanatory, but the Treasure hunt is a seemingly ever-changing adventure! With each brushing of a good score, a new walk-through adventure gets unlocked. Dive 500 feet into the sea, swim with dolphins, and more. To make sure the child using it isn't just playing the sound lazily, a constant 'circular' motion (really a side to side motion that is felt by the brush head's ability to bend slightly from side to side), the story continues. If the movement stops, the sound warps out slowly, only to come back on with a slowly sped up warping sound (think when you speed up or slow down music, the beat gets faster/slower AND the sounds get higher/lower pitch) when the child picks up brushing again. Wait too long, and they'll just be graded badly and have to start over. My daughter loves deciding which to do, and makes sure she hears every exciting endeavor she traveled through each time brushing. Or she tries to dance as I brush her teeth, only to have me say repeatedly to calm down so I can be thorough. That is a MUCH easier problem to handle than the screaming/crying/fighting we used to go through with her old, 'boring' toothbrush. We paired it with a chocolate (yes, CHOCOLATE) toothpaste, and now she's easy peasy during brush time! ... show more
