The 100-foot string proves to be pretty long which would help to cover almost any porch/patio area. The bulbs are nice since they are plastic and shatter proof, which I can verify since I dropped one. The string comes with two extra bulbs and a fuse. If need be, two sets can be strung together to cover a larger area. The end of the string has an open plug so the next set can be added. One of the nicer features is the bulbs themselves have two options for hanging. One hook looks like it could be clipped to a gutter much like the hooks for Christmas lights. The other option would allow you to run a guide wire/rope through them to allow for hanging in an open area away from a house/roof using poles to support the line. The brightness is good as well. The lights are not too bright but if you want you can connect them to a dimmer switch if you want the light lower. Definitely a good quality outdoor light and one that you should consider if you want to add some elegance to your porch/patio. ... show more

Lights are better than expected since didn't know what to receive after price was very affordable and almost considered cheap...especially for 100ft of lights. Loved that the lights were already installed into the sockets. Perfect amount of light for our dog fenced-in area. Can say though that the cord is not as thick as another light strand I have but not sure if will make that much of a difference 🤔 ... show more

Very bright, dimmer function, reliable 110 volt, covers all the bases for me. I'm using a smart dimmer switch made by Treatlife. These have full range dimming with the dimmer switch. Pictures are at 100% and 50% brightness and these do dim down very low which is good for over night. Very happy with these, bye to my crappy solar lights that weren't that bright and didn't stay on all night, bye... ... show more

They definitely light up a space. I'm pretty skeptical about all these "edison lights", I've seen some that just don't do what they're supposed to do, but these are pretty bright. I bought the 100ft string, and I have definitely overextended my idea for the backyard. It's like daytime out there. If you have a small space, like a 20x20 ft space you're trying to light up, you could go with less than the 100ft. Honestly, it's a little too bright, and I'm going to have to rethink how to run them overhead. Each bulb has two different clip styles on it, I actually clipped some to an old cable tv wire that runs from the transformer tower in my backyard. Pretty versatile. The bulbs are plastic. Mine came with two extra replacement bulbs. Whether or not they hold up to weather, we'll see. I just set them up today. ... show more

I was sceptical when I saw the price for this 100’ of led lights, but pleasantly surprised with what I got. The lights are great quality and very easy to hang. The length worked out perfectly for me. We are setting up a backyard area to enjoy evenings. These lights make such a pretty effect in our yard. We hung them across from our deck. They give a nice ambiance and when we light our firepit- it's perfect! The price is great, and they hold up well in rain and cold weather. Really do love them!
