It's a very sleek high quality bag, but I thought that it was one that stood up on its own, which is the most important feature I am looking for--so I returned it. It's also rather small, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, like if you are looking for something to carry a small laptop or tablet and a few important items; for example, it could fit a book, notebook, umbrella and water bottle, but not really much more than that. I also found the pockets oddly placed. there is a pocket on the inside that is placed on the other side of the outside pocket, so if you have both pockets full, it bulges out and doesn't look so sleep anymore. Also, if you are looking for a more muted low profile backpack, this is a bit shinier than you might like. This has become my go to pack. I tried switching it out because I’ve been using it non stop. Couldn’t do it. Love the light color lining. Easy to find things, front pocket is deep enough for keys, sunglasses, masks and phone. My plan is to get another one soon. Made purchase after trying to return a small backpack from a fancy luggage company. No exchanges or returns. I will never buy my packs from anywhere else. I was disappointed with this bag so I returned it. I thought it would be light and comfortable, but by the time I filled it with my usual daily items, it felt very heavy. The other 2 issues I had with it were that the inside security zipper that’s against your back is so small, you can only fit a passport, but not your wallet. Also, the interior organization sleeves are so thin and flimsy, that items like credit cards and even my phone seemed to just fall out or flap too much. ... show more
