  • Explanation on the stripes on the tire.
I read a reviewer stating that a mechanic told her that these were Factory seconds (Less than perfect. Rejects) . THAT MECHANIC IS TOTALLY WRONG! After doing some research , I found out that Bridgestone adapted a color coding system that lets people know the compound just by looking at the stripes. Yellow means hard compound, and White means soft. NOT FACTORY SECONDS AS HER MECHANIC STATED!. So hard in the middle and soft on the side. Dual Compound. I hate people talking like they know all but in reality , have no clue. This my 2nd tire for my Suzuki M109R. The first one lasted around 12000miles. This tire lasted longer than the Dunlop Elite 3 which lasted maybe 8000miles.This will be my go to tire for the front. Now if Bridgestone would only make rear tires in 250. Update May 9 2024 Just replaced the previous tire I Reviewd and got around 12000 mls in 9 months. I've had this around 120mph and ran solid. No wobble and It felt very planted. My rides are also going thru twisty mountainous roads and the tires never slipped nor felt insecure. Now if I could only find a 260 rear tire that won't break the bank and gets high mileage. ... show more

  • Great Replacement for OEM Tires
I run these on my 2012 Kingpin. They are less than half the price of the stock Dunlops and perform great. no problem with speed (tested up to 114mph) and they hold fast in the rain as well. I'm averaging about 14k miles on the front and 6-8k on the rear. So they don't wear as well as the stockers, but they are so much cheaper it's still a much better value. ... show more

  • Surprised this tire still looks like it has a good bit of life left
I'm right at 10K on a vtx1800F. Surprised this tire still looks like it has a good bit of life left. Back tire needs replacing so I will be replacing them both. I always spend a LOT of time checking out tires to buy. I'm getting this same tire for the front but trying Michelin on back to see if I can get more mileage. This is a very good price for a very good tire.I've only had this bike a year and will be 2nd tire change. ... show more

  • Have been great. Great bang for the buck too
Have no complaints about this tire. Put it on my 2008 VTX 1800F. Matched with a rear tire. Have been great. Great bang for the buck too. Have put about 1500 miles on them, and they seem to be wearing better than the OEM tires that were on it.

  • Great product!
Mounted on a 2015 Moto Guzzi. Excellent in rain as well as on dry pavement. Great braking and in hard turns. It doesn’t wander when riding lined pavement or grooved concrete. I e out about 3700 miles on it. Highly recommended.
