I really love them. I have both sides pierced I put a regular one of these in one side and the heart in the other. The barrel was a lot longer with a smaller hook then the corkscrews I already had in so it hurt a little to put one in. But I really didn’t have any issues inserting. The bar is very long so it does hang out a little. But, I adore the very tiny size and that it sits nearly flat on your nose. I wanted something very suddle for my double nostril piercings and this is great! Just adjust the curve and move it towards the back of your nose maybe once a day or as they move. ... show more
