This is a life changing product for those who need it. Without it I end up snorting just to release pressure in my left nostril and that cut off of airflow can result in mouth breathing while sleeping. I wear these every night before bed. The only time I've had any skin issues is when I tried to wear them (changed every 12 hours) all day long I got breakouts. To remove the strips I dip my nose into cupped hot water to get the strip wet with it. Then I make a soap lather and cover my nose and the strip with it. I barely raise the edges of the nasal strip and work the soap under them and lift the entire strip that way. Zero skin damage. This process goes quickly after a few iterations. Simply ripping the strip off is not the way. You need to at least soap it up and get soap under it to defeat the adhesive - especially on the nasal ridge. I have very sensitive facial skin and I've never had the injurious experience reported by others herein and elsewhere due to this method. I've been using these daily for a year. The next step for someone like me with a crooked noise and probably a deviated septum causing these breathing problems is to use a Homeoblock everyday for a year+ to expand the upper pallet and straighten things out. Make sure and look into that if you have a major problem with this - that is also a life changing path to correct a problem that CAN be corrected. ... show more

I get three nights from these. Sometimes the third night adhesion is not as strong, but it sure helps with the cost. The knock-off brand I had been using didn't get through one night without lifting up on one side. Not nice. These work for me.

My son has had trouble with breathing well through his nose for a really long time. He seems to be able to breathe so much better with the Breathe Right Nasal Strips, Extra Strength! He really seems to like them and says they are helping. I may write a follow-up to see how continues helping him. So far he is really pleased with this product. He did say that it's really important to make sure you clean your face before application so it will stick the best. Also he said it's a little difficult on the removal. We haven't discovered the best method yet for that. ... show more

My partner loves that I have these now, because he can finally get some sleep. This product definitely eliminates snoring and is very comfortable to wear. The only issue I have is the adhesive residue. I wash my face in the morning after I remove the strip and there is still tacky glue residue on my face. All that aside, I will just be better at scrubbing harder, and I will continue to buy this product. ... show more

I've tried less expensive nasal strips but they just don't cut it. They peel off and don't open my nasal passages enough. Breathe Right strips are more expensive but they stay put all nigh and I can breathe much easier. Will continue to buy.

I ordered the 26 pack direct from Amazon and they work amazingly. Then I ordered the 44 from another supplier fulfilled by Amazon and they don’t work. Maybe the package was left in the heat (115 on delivery day) or maybe it was the supplier, which has been my experience. The adhesive didn’t work and half of them come off immediately upon application. The package wasn’t as new as the Amazon breath right, the expiration was a year closer. The ones that stick work, but fall off around 8 hours the ones from Amazon last 16-18 hours plus a shower. Maybe I got a bad batch, idk. Amazon as usual made it right immediately. Full refund and was allowed to keep the remaining product, which I use for jogs now since they don’t work for prolonged wearing at night. Overall, very happy with the ones that work. ... show more

You get improved health due to increased oxygen in the bloodstream, plus uninterrupted sleep. I have found that you can trim 1-3mm pieces off of one or both ends of the strip, to improve the fit for thinner noses. This small trim does not decrease the effectiveness of its hold. Oily, Benzyl Alcohol can be used to remove the adhesive, then regular alcohol should be used to clean the nose before applying a new strip. ... show more
