We bought a size 7, fits perfect. Child is slender. 54 pounds and 51 (4'2") tall, 3rd grade. This suit is way beyond my expectation. I didn't notice from the listing the exquisite seamstress details. The seams in the legs are covered in silk for comfort. The Jacket is beautiful and has a silk scarf sewn into the chest pocket. The back of the vest is silk. The tie is a zip and works great, and is a beautiful shiny light grey, goes nice with the slightly darker grey suit. The waist has inner elastic and buttons to make smaller. The quality is just great. I'd say the material is "regular" thickness. Not to thick, not to thin (which I'm glad as we will be using it for a winter wedding). I can't get over how nice the suit is.

I can't believe how nice this suit is! It is so much better than the one I rented for a wedding recently, and much cheaper. My son wears a 10-12 in clothing and is tall and slim. After reading reviews, I sized down to a 10, as I wanted a slim, sleek look. It is perfectly long enough and has an adjustable waist. He will even be able to wear it next year I'm sure! It comes with a bow tie and a regular tie. The material is thick and great quality. When he does outgrow it, I am definitely buying the next size up. Don't hesitate to buy this!

Very nice quality my kiddo wore for a wedding and it looked great. We did have it shortened I felt like it ran a little big but he’s also small for his age. We had an issue with it not coming with the jacket at first but they quickly sent a replacement.

I bought this for my son as part of his Halloween costume. I hoped that he could wear it after Halloween but knew the possibility of it not being very good quality was high since the price was so good! He owns an expensive suit already but it’s a dark gray and wouldn’t work for this. It fit him perfectly and looked so good as well as high end. I was so extremely and happily surprised when he put it on! He loved it and he thought it looked just as good as I did! The only negative thing I heard from him about the suit was that it wasn’t as comfortable as his other suits and he was sure it was because of the fabric being different. I agree that the fabric is not as high end as an expensive or brand name but even he agreed that if he hadn’t worn other suits before he would’ve never noticed. He is actually excited to wear to again for a dance coming up so with that being said the fabric isn’t at all uncomfortable but when when compared to brand names of course it’s going to be a little cheaper fabric. My son is 5’9 and 110 pounds.

This is a great suit! It looks great when worn. The packaging will show the folds that were done for shipping, but that can be easily fixed. My son absolutely LOVES this suit! He asked for a nice black suit for his cello performances. We did research and found this was the best option for him. After a school music festival he changed his clothes and misplaced his vest somewhere along the way. He cried for nearly an hour wishing he could have his vest back. We looked online for a way to buy a replacement vest but haven’t had any luck so far. Luckily it is such a nice 3-piece suit that is is still a great 2-piece suit. I am going to keep looking for a way to get a replacement vest.
