I absolutely adore this shirt. I'm 5'4", 186 lbs. with a 47" bust. I ordered the XXL in brown and it fit the way I like, a little oversized so there is room in the hips. The fabric is a medium weight linen and feels and looks expensive. It's breathable and feels cool even in this 98° muggy heat. It's versatile and can be dressed up or down and looks great with jeans. I just ordered it in 2 more colors and will undoubtedly order more. If you're on the fence just buy it it's a great deal on a great shirt.

I like this shirt. It's loose enough but not baggy, the color is as expected and it packs nicely for travel. The material was very icky when taking it out of the package but after washing (which I do before wearing) it softened a bit and looks much better. I have a feeling it'll soften over time. It's not linen but does mimick it - even unwashed, undried linen feels stiff and uncomfortable - which is nice since linen can be expensive. The fit is pretty accurate - I'm 5"9, 150lbs with larger breasts and it lays nicely. Only issue, I tend to ignore the dry clean idea when it comes to clothing purchased on Amazon but definitely heed that warning - I dried in delicate and the sleeves shrunk by several inches. Not a big deal to me as I roll the sleeves up the majority of the time but it was shocking how much they shrunk. Still, that was my error and not the manufacturer.

I’m very happy with the quality — the fabric is soft yet strong, and it fits perfectly. It looks exactly like the photos and matches the description. A great basic to have in the wardrobe!

Only 3 stars because the picture in the item description/listing is somewhat misleading. I was looking for a lightweight button up for the summer. When I received the shirt is was alot heavier than expected especially for something I wanted to wear in the summer. I was hoping for it to be a little longer than waist cut as well. But on the other hand it is very nice material and I would've kept for cooler weather but I ordered the wrong size. I should have gotten one size larger. Not because this product is cut small I should have just gone with a larger size. I believe it to be true to size. I normally wear an xxl and I got an xl. Also there is no give/stretch to this shirt at all. The sleeves were constricting for me but I am just assuming it's because I ordered a size too small. The quality of the shirt is definitely worth the cost. If the ad was more visually accurate with the product 's description I would have definitely given 4 or more stars.

After expecting the worst, I am amazed how nice this shirt is (XXL in blue). I really inspected every seam and checked for blemishes of any kind. Looks great. Maybe they improved the quality or I just got lucky? The design is so understated feminine with the back smocking! The blue is really a blue with a hint of slate, and the fabric, while not linen, looks a decent fake. My plan is to save it for special super-casual occasions, so I won’t have to wash it much at first. Then my plan is to hand wash, hoping it won’t shrink or fall apart! Update: After wearing the blue and also khaki errand-running every week for half a year, I planted a blue elbow into a counter that must have had bleach on it. They’d laundered beautifully, machine washed in cold water and hung to dry, and held their shape. So I went back to order another blue, and saw the beautiful ecru and green floral print. It was so my taste, I ordered two (I know myself and learned years ago to buy multiples of what ‘works’). The new shirts are beautiful, and flow even more gracefully than the khaki and blue versions. I think the florals are a lighter gauge of faux linen? Maybe (faux!) Tencil? Anyway, a 5-minute hand steaming and every shipping wrinkle was history. These florals will be the pop of my fall wardrobe — fab w corduroy skirts & tights, jeans, Taos Crave boots, and Dooney Bourke bags!

I love this shirt! It's well made with good seams and stitching. The fabric is very soft yet not see through. That being said, I ordered the deep blue which is actually navy. The lighter colors may be see-through. My only complaint is the size. I normally wear a medium to large in tops, leaning towards large. 5'5" and 150 lbs. Amazon recommended I buy an x-large which seemed extreme to me but many of the reviews said it either runs small or shrinks a lot with washing and to size up. So I ordered the x-large and it is very big and very long. I figured, again according to reviews the wash would shrink it so I kept the shirt and washed it using cold water/delicate cycle. It still came out the same size. So I threw it in the dryer on delicate cycle and again not one bit of shrinkage! I'm going to wash and dry it again maybe with warm water and see if that helps. I've ordered another one in another color but I got the medium. We'll see how that goes. I know it's supposed to be roomy, but for me I didn't not need to size up at all.

On the small side, style wasn’t as I expected and the color was absolutely not like the picture. Mine so was sooooo red. I ordered a small which is what I usually wear. I like the feel of the material though, but thought it would feel more linen-y.
