This has been our go to since 2015! I’m a mom of 4 with my littlest being 6month, this is our go to for diaper rashes. When I tell you this stuff works wonders? Believe me! It gives my babies instant relief!! Once you apply it, they’ll stop crying right on the spot lol I 1milion percent recommend this! I always get the 3 pack of the 4oz ones and they fit perfectly in my jujube BRB, and my fawn Design, they do have the 2oz ones too but I need all the butt paste with 2 babies in diapers still lol ... show more

This diaper cream is a must-have. It works fast, usually clears up redness or irritation within a day or two. The texture is thick enough to stay in place through the night, but it wipes off easily when it’s time for a diaper change. It doesn’t have a strong smell and feels really gentle on sensitive skin. Works like a charm! My LO is very susceptible to diaper rash and extra sensitive. Even using regular diaper cream with every change didn’t help, but this paste keeps the rash at bay. We use it all the time and keep some in the diaper bag so we’re never without it. I don’t find the smell particularly offensive (and I have a keen nose so that’s usually a problem). It’s thick enough to form a barrier but thin enough to apply easily, especially with those little bum spatulas. Also, it’s more natural than some, which I appreciate. The only issue? It does stain clothing. I’ve managed to get the stains out of the clothes, but it does require a little extra work as you can’t just chuck them in the wash. ... show more

This is a miracle diaper cream. At first I didn’t like it because it’s so thick and hard to clean off babys bottom, but my baby got a really bad diaper rash and nothing helped, so I tried this one and the next day it was already so much better. This is a must to keep around.

I purchased this butt paste because our pediatrician recommended us this brand. However it was so so thick for us. It did do its job and healed her skin, but was very hard to spread.
