In looking for a two toned genuine leather bag for the Spring and Summer months, I researched Bostanten and ultimately this bag. The craftsmanship was indicated to be outstanding, using quality genuine Italian leather and the price seemed quite reasonable. So what was the catch? When it arrived...it was all TRUE! and more. What a beautiful bag it oozes quality, style and class. A bit on the heavy side but to be expected from a well crafted bag of this size. Impressive! There were a couple tiny misgivings needing to be shared: The purse color is stated as white. It is not, rather it is a light tan. That was a bit of a shock when it arrived so do not want this to happen to you. The description states the the single external zippered pocket is small and only able to hold cards and a key. Just put a small wallet in there with room to spare. It's quite good sized, can't speak to the model with the double external zippers. If you don't look closely at the ad picture showing the internal structure it is easy to miss that the slip pocket is a bit more shallow than I found with some other brands so look closely to note it's depth. There is no doubt that this is a top notch designed and crafted bag. Honestly wish I'd looked into Bostanten and this bag before. Do believe other colors are calling me already...What a find!!!

I haven't had this purse long enough to attest to the quality, but so far I like it. It's mid-to-large in size for my smaller frame and has all the compartments I need. The real leather is decent quality - not very soft, yet not shiny or hard, but also not the thickest leather. It's not top-grain aniline leather, but it's good for the price. No smells or off-gassing that faux leather or bad tanning practices would have. The shoulder strap was missing when I received my order and the seller gave me excellent customer service. I am more than satisfied with my purchase. If it holds up well with use and time, I will definitely consider purchasing more of their products.

The bag is absolutely beautiful. I got the retro brown. It comes with two straps to meet your needs. I got it because the one review said it had a strap long enough to fit over her winter coat. The longer strap does. The picture shows the longer strap. It zippers shut and has a big divider inside with a zipper which I also love to keep things organized. It is sturdy leather and stitched well. It will hold up to Wisconsin winters. I wanted something a little more stylish for my fancier winter coat. I got the real leather bag. It didn't break my budget either. If you like a hobo style bag, I would recommend this one!

When I ordered this purse, I was hoping that it would be a nice purse, but didn't think I'd be blown away by it. Once I received it, I was so pleasantly surprised. It's beautiful. The quality of leather is just what I was looking for. The zippers slide easily and it has more space than I expected. I am very happy with my purchase. I had to contact the seller, and the customer service was wonderful. The purse is not overly large, but can hold my wallet, makeup case, my son's 10 inch tablet along with my phone and I STILL have more than enough room. I love the strap and the fact that I can use it as a shoulder bag, or as a cross body bag. It has a divider in the middle of the bag, with a zipper for storage, along with some smaller inside pockets and another zippered pocket. The 2 horizontal zippers are convenient and I love the fact that there is a zippered pocket on the back side of the purse, where I can easily put my keys and phone for easy access. Overall, I think it's a fantastic purse for the price given the quality of the purse. Love, love, love it!!!

This handbag does not disappoint! While this is a large handbag, it is well organized and I am able to locate its contents quickly. The angle zip pockets in front are large enough for my keys and iPhone. It looks amazing!

Update: I bought the brown version of this bag for my Fall handbag. The handbag is leather, but the base and straps are a composite material - the seller verified this information to me when I asked. Take note in the pictures of the snaps on the strap. The brown is a new color from this seller and has two snaps; the other colors of the bag have one snap. I also have this bag in blue and did have the same problem others complained about with the snaps popping open (I glued them shut with E6000 glue.) The two snaps on the brown bag are staying closed without needing glue; but the strap is shorter with two snaps on each end rather than one - the seller didn’t increase the strap length on the brown strap; just added a second snap on each end. I ordered a genuine leather strap on Etsy and I will live with the composite material on the base. PROS: The quality of the bag is excellent. It has feet on it to help keep the base of the bag clean; it has a full zipper closure at the top - not a cheap magnetic snap; the interior fabric and number of pockets. CONS: Composite strap and base but the price point reflects that; you get what you pay for. Buy the bag if you don’t mind the composite strap and base and gluing the snaps closed on all colors except brown; and if you don’t mind the shorter strap length on the brown. I receive many compliments on the blue version of this bag and it is holding up well.
